The most stress free mortgage application ever. The team were brilliant and Graham and Georgia always kept me up to date, communication and customer service was second to none.
The process from getting in touch via email for a call - to getting a mortgage offer was less than 2 weeks (including bank holidays) which is amazing! Graham gave me lots of insights into the process and made it seemless. As a first time buyer this took all the stress and anxiety away from what can be a very difficult time. This is the second time I have used Intouch financial as my mortgage broker and I couldn't rate them more highly.
They kept me informed of my existing rate being due to expire, built in sufficient time to make sure I'd be able to fix the rate in time for the expiry of the existing rate.
