Well i was already a bit teed off with the lottery after a couple of wins of £1 for a £2 stake. What sort of a prize is that?
Now i hear they have given over a hundred million to illegal immigrant causes. I am therefore cancelling my account with them (if that is possible) and will be doing only recognised charity lotteries in future

unbelievably terrible. theyre claiming its to make more winners but its doesnt mean the moneys gone up. it now means there's double the chance to spread it around so everyone gets less. who the hell wants to win a pound when its £2 a ticket. might as well go and play the tipping point style games down the arcades.

The new 2 draws per bet system results in a new low return of £1 for a £2 bet, 50% less than before. Along with other dodgy new games the site is a messy, cynical ruse to rip us off. Even at the bookies a win will get your bet back. Corporate trash. This is a no star review.

When Allwyn took over the National Lottery didn't they say they would be looking to change the price to £1 like it used to be? Instead, they've reduced the value of the smaller prizes behind the smokescreen of "2 chances to win"nonsense.Everybody would like to win the jackpot,but know that there's more chance of winning a smaller prize, which are now barely worth having. I won £1 recently (it used to be a free lucky dip).I have to be honest,I got a bit giddy and treated myself to 3 carrier bags and still had 10 pence left.I don't know whether to spend it or save it for a rainy day.Either way,Allwyn won't be seeing any of my money in the future.

Bought a Bingo Multiplier card at the shop on a whim, just asked the assistant to give me anything. Oh my goodness what a long tedious, boring game. I never really expect to win, the most I've gotten is a £5 in the past, but this game made me want to give up halfway. It's awful. No more scratch cards for me, I'll keep my £3 in future.

The answer is you will never get Rich from gambling. Only bet what you can afford. The new game 2 chances to win, but have lowered all the small prizes to make higher profits will stop people from playing. It is nearly impossible to win the jackpot now the lottery has changed over the years.Adding more numbers. Making winning more difficult.

I would call the new playing system demoralising. The new format has sucked the enjoyment out of playing the lottery. I don't care about the national lottery having a double draw, the lowest prize of a £1.00 is an insult. I much preferred it under the previous old system run by Camalot.

Absolutely appalling the new format. A prize of a £1 is a joke you can’t even buy a bar of chocolate or packet of crisps with that any more .
The prize structure to say is disappointing is an understatement. I am in a syndicate which at end of the year will be dispanding because if everyone’s dissatisfied with the way it is now run . All if us totally in agreement with this

The new app is terrible. Hard to find tickets in play order also no longer get notifications when tickets have finished

Not user friendly. Not very transparent and usually doesn't work. Used to be ok before the major update.
Currently telling me I have reached my 7 day deposit limit limit, wierdly have not deposited anything for 3 weeks.

The change in prizes at low levels ( 2 & 3 numbers) is frankly insulting. The free spin has been abandoned. The excuse given that it allows more people to win the million plus, is hogwash. Most of us realise that to win at that level is highly unlikely and accept it as pie in the sky, or as we put it "Our Donations to Charity ". The £ 10 to £ 30 prizes were at least within grasp! The shareholders must be rubbing their hands in glee.

Correctly people are complaing about the new lotto providers, we recently purchased a number of scratch cards, and we realised that after scratching the hidden numbers & symbols, before you even scratched off the hidden prize section the number/symbol was shown on the top....no excitment at all, utter rubbish. Have cancelled my account due to app issues and will not be buying scratch cards....this allwyn are only out to make mega profit.!

What a terrible site, total confusion. They must be loosing millions from frustrated customers who just give up.

New app is not user friendly. Very badly designed and not easy to navigate. Prizes are disappointing…. £1 for 2 numbers and £10 for 3 numbers isn’t worth playing. This new structure of 2 chances to win is dismal. After playing the lotto since it began I have decided this new format is not for me.
