Part arrived a day after I ordered it. Fitted with no problem. F70 fault code appeared but there was a guidance enclosed how to deal with this fault which is usual as this part fits many boilers. All started to work as usual after that. Price was very reasonable and I’m glad they provide this type of service.

Clearly second hand part , filthy! Won’t respond to emails going through PayPal to try to get my money back

Utter shambles. I have tried to get in touch via email phone facebook and whatsapp and only got an answer after countless attempts.

They have still not dispatched my purchase after a month and I have now received a parital refudn from paypal (no explanation as to why it's partial or what is happenign with my purchase. Disgraceful and useless

I ordered a boiler fan from their website. I waited a week and I had heard nothing and no fan arrived. I tried the website and that was not working and I phoned them and it took ages to get through. My order had been 'lost' but they sorted it out and one arrived two days later. I am now waiting for the plumber to fit it to make sure that it works

This company in selling boiler parts is second to none. The parts are genuine, new and very well packaged. The prices are unbelievably low and the goods arrived very quickly each time.
A very difficult boiler problem was solved by using the parts from this company.
Buying the same type of parts from elsewhere would have cost me a fortune.
So this company will definitely be my go to place in future for boiler parts.

Slight delay with delivery due to web site problem. Other than that happy with service. Spare part yet to be fitted as it was purchased on advice of engineer who reported existing fan will pack up sometime soon.
