I learnt alot of things I didn't know . Very knowledgeable guy.

I have just completed the online Level 2 Mental Health First Aid training. Unfortunately the course content did NOT match the description as given on their website, and the learning outcomes were completely different. This was actually a course in how to create a mental-health supportive work environment - valuable for some, no doubt, but not what I wanted or paid for. The assessment did test actual MHFA knowledge - but bore no resemblance to course content and tested information which had not been taught.

I still have no practical MH first aid skills or knowledge after completing this course :(

Cource content does not fully match the exam. Mock exam abcolutelly rubish - nothing common. Zero support. Avoid at all costs.

I'm currently doing the Level 1 Health and Safety in a construction environment course that they offer which I purchased for about £90. You would expect the content to be in depth and provide you with all the correct information you need to pass the exam. The slides are all repetitive and show the same things over and over again with no proper detail. There's two mock exams, the touch-screen mock exam and the regular one which is the main one. The touch screen one is the same questions over again and is repeated multiple times and the questions are laid out wrong(you'd understand if you take the test) the mock exam consists of questions in which the contents have and cannot be learnt from this course. Majority of the questions I've come across in the mock exam are questions I don't know the answer to because the course doesn't teach you about it, rather, you would have to do your own research for it. Overall, I would not recommend this at all, Only the exam is good if you study the content elsewhere, where all the content is given.

From the beginning the course was great and the trainer Wayne was very welcoming and engaging, he had great knowledge and presented the course really well. CPC refresher for Transport Manager's.
