Andy was incredibly helpful in setting up my IVA. He was supportive, understanding and compassionate. He made everything clear and simple and ensured that I knew what I needed to do/send over and when. I was incredibly busy during the setting up period, but he was patient whilst also ensuring that I stayed on task and completed everything I needed to. Really struggled to reach out but once I spoke to the team they were amazing in helping and I felt so relieved afterwards. They were brilliant at helping me navigate my choices and made sure everything was correct for me. I was also blown away at how quick the process was to set up. If you are worried about any debt I highly recommend contacting IVA help.

It was hard asking for help, but I did, and Steve was fantastic. They all were. If you need support, they’re really friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Andy has been great within a hour rang me discussed everything and decided on a IVA kept in contact reassured me of my worries and is currently in the process of everything going through 3 days after I applied.

This has been the first time I have ever had to get help for my debts and Elliot was very understanding when I asked him to repeat options or explain something a little more in detail so I could wrap my head around it. I cannot recommend them enough for the simple process, the understanding staff and weight I was able to get off my shoulders.

Not only was the gentleman helpful, polite, respectful and competent but he also didn’t make me feel ashamed for getting help which I thought was brilliant.

Andy was absolutely fantastic from the first call to the end of setting my iva plan up, I was a total mess until tue end of the first call and I could some light at the end of the tunnel

I was in a state of panic when i had a baliff at my door i filled a form on line and within 10 minutes i had a call from chris harty and he calmed me down and reasured me not to worry there here to help n beleive me he kept in contact all the way through helped me sort out information i need i carnt honestly thank this gentleman enough he is truly a super star
