I've been in a very bad place, I never pick the phone up. I don't answer my door. I don't do people.
But Steve has been amazing, I felt very comfortable and found myself talking freely to him, he's helped me more than he knows
I recommend him and the company 10/10

I rang a few weeks ago; literally scared to death with the financial difficulties I was facing & couldn’t see a way forward. A wonderful lady called Nicola took my call and helped me no end. The embarrassment I first felt was so short lived by Nicki’s reassuring and comforting approach. I can not thank this wonderful team enough. Lee continued with the welcome call, who too was amazing and made me feel at ease.

I could not recommend this team enough. My lovely advisor Donna was an absolute miracle worker for me, I was worried sick and she put all my worries aside. She was super helpful and always goes above and beyond. If anyone’s struggling, I truly recommend!

Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was at a total loss about what to do or who I even owed money to, he guided me through every step and helped me find what was where and how much it all was. He was very friendly and replied no matter what time I whatsapped him. He made the whole process much more comfortable and I honestly dont think id have been able to take this step without his handholding.

I spoke with James that was helping me with my situation and I couldn’t be happier the put some and the way he stayed truthful and honest with what could happen and what my opinion me were and he helped me get everything sorted I would definitely recommend reaching out when needed this was the most helpful service I’ve used and the handler in my case James was so understanding of my situation and my conditions he helped me through everything and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him in the future if needed more advise he is one of the best advisors I’ve dealt with

I have had a lovely experience with the company Chris made me feel relaxed and at ease especially as I was so worried about my about my situation and he was very helpful

I phoned for help because I was worried sick. I had a DMO and couldn't afford the repayments, the company I was with also left some of the debts off. Lucky for me I spoke to a superstar named Lee, he immediately put me at ease and talked me through the procedure. Included everything and lifted a giant weight off my shoulders. I would 100% recommend this company. 5 star company, manned by people who care.

Absolutely brilliant, helped me no end and couldn’t do enough, it’s a shame that the bigger companies don’t follow the same protocol. Chris was fantastic, I can’t begin to say how relieved I am, easy to deal with, great to talk to and gave me a very positive outcome and experience.
