Replacement windscreen
I needed a replacement windscreen due to a crack, and arranged an appointment through my insurer. I delivered the car at the requested time, and was told it would be ready in about 3 hours, but it was done in 1.5 hours. Very happy with this, and no problems with the new windscreen.

Rear window replacement
The man that fixed my rear window was lovely, we had trouble accessing the boot so it was a bit of a faff but he wasn't phased and managed to get it open and do the repair. My boot was a full and he helped shake all the glass off everything. The glass replacement was quick and it looks great, wouldn't know it had an issue.

Having to wait in for a full working day for National Windscreens was unhelpful and frustrating. Allocating a morning or afternoon time slot would be better.
