They broke my window regulator
They broke my window regulator. But couldn’t fix it because apparently a company in the business of providing windscreens and windows don’t know how to fix window regulators a key component of fixing a window!
I will never use them again.

Quick and professional service!
The booking process was very easy.
We got an appointment in Edinburgh shop. Very friendly and professional team members at Reception gave us a few ideas where to go while we were waiting for the car. Job was complete in 4 hours as promised!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Fit us in really quickly to remove the rear window from our classic car (1960 Buick).
Technician spent over an hour and a half making sure the job was done professionally. It was a very tentative job as the window is harder to find than a unicorn, so we were so happy that it was done with such professionalism.

Had my front window screen replaced…
Had my front window screen replaced today at 8.30am this morning when I arrived I was met with the manager who’s name was Scott,he told me what was going to happen to replace my front screen window and not to worry and said that I would get a call when it was all done,so went away for a couple of hours and then I got the phone call to come and collect my car when I arrived I was met with grant he explained all what was done when he replaced the front screen and gave me instructions what to do and what not to do after fitting new front screen, so a massive thanks to grant and Scott your services are truly amazing and extremely professional

Excellent customer care from the first point of contact with Scot and his team right through to driving my car away. This was the warm service us older customers remember but seldom see these days.
