Allow the entire day
Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one . I hope this was a one off and others were not treated the same way.
Arriving at 9am as requested, I was rudely asked if I had a booking. I explained I did and was told well we are extremely busy we have people off, we have a car in and another over there before you. Rather than saying can you come back later I was told to leave it and they would call when it was ready noting they allow up to 4 hours to complete. I returned just before 1pm and was told (very rudely) that my car was not ready and the manager who had to calibrate it was out. I explained this was not satisfactory as I had appointments I needed to attend. Lots of verbal together with reasons of who had not turned up/was on Holiday/compassionate leave and how they were expected to pick
Up everyone else’s work. Eventually I managed to leave 5 hours after dropping the car off.
