Ten days to replace rear window, couldn't use car as unable to open tailgate to use wifes mobility scooter, told glass was available but no fitter available for three days, when fitter arrived great job, not his fault, will recommend that my insurance company change their preferred supplier.

I arrived slightly early due to not really knowing the area when I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff they checked my details and my car was seen promptly I went to the local cafe for something to eat while the work was done I was advised I would be called when the vehicle was ready I returned around an hour later to go and sit in the waiting room as I returned they were just pulling my car out and the staff advised the car was complete so overall my experience was a very good one! I highly recommend national windscreen lovely staff and prompt service!!! This was at the Maidstone depot

Easy online booking. I had a call a few days later asking if i would like to come in the next day which was a Saturday, a few days sooner and a more convenient day . Perfect!

Very happy with the level of service I received. Thankfully it didn’t take as long as I thought it would and I was back on the road with a lovely new windscreen in no time

It was easy to schedule an appointment, however, the quality of the work was not up to standard. My wipers were reinstalled incorrectly and got stuck in the middle of the windscreen just minutes after I left. The rain sensor is no longer functioning properly, and the traffic recognition camera was left loose and not clipped back into position.
I had to return and explain the issue with the traffic camera, as the image was clearly misaligned, just to convince them to reopen it and fix it. Despite this, they insisted there was nothing wrong with the rain sensor, even though it is clearly not working as it should. I even have a video showing me spraying the car with a hose while the wipers fail to respond.
When I went back, the person who corrected the wipers kept saying, “it’s not my job,” as someone else had installed them and had already gone home, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.
In the end, the rain sensor issue was not resolved, and I was told to submit a complaint through the main website. Overall, very poor service. I would not choose this place myself, but unfortunately, it is the glass repair provider assigned by my insurance.

Visit and work on the day was as expected. Had a very hard time arranging the appointment time but as it worked out, timing was great for me.

Easy to access the windscreen repair through my insurance. Available appointments and fast efficient service. Good job all round.
