Staff was good window screen is good ! Only thing they didn’t do was my wiper blades as they didn’t have the ones for my car ! Only thing that I think is I had a dash cam which they don’t put back on the screen?

A nasty shock turned into a pleasant surprise by NFU insurance and National Windscreens.
The company my car is insured with (NFU)contacted National Windscreens in Trafford Park, Manchester. They in turn contacted me very promptly by phone and discussed a convenient date for replacement. The insurance company sorted out the excess.
I was sent date reminder texts by National Windscreens.
I took the car in and was given an exact time when it would be finished.I collected the car. The staff were helpful and pleasant.The replacement has been faultless.It would be difficult to improve on the service

Easy process

The job was well done in spite of poor weather conditions, however we did have to wait in all day for the technician to arrive, even though we were allocated a specific time slot.

Really kind staff
The wrong glass was ordered for my windshield but they were prompt in informing me, allowed me to keep my car with them and had the correct glass + fully installed two days later ensuring I had my car back in plenty of time of when I needed it.

Fitting the windscreen itself very good however welfare facilities very poor .one small room table and 4 plastic chairs no brew facilities or magazines to read. I know this is not a requirement but come on.

Great job of my windscreen…
Great job of my actual windscreen change. All the workers were professional and welcoming. I was able to book in within 3 days, but there are not enough garages. It took me over an hour to get there, but this was the closest.
I had to take 2 hours annual leave off work to be able to drop off the car. They say you may be waiting 2-4 hours.
I got a message to say it was finished before I was even able to get into work.
If I knew it was less than an hour I would have waited. As I have to take another hour off to work to go pi CK the car back up.
