Very helpful staff. Pleasant and polite too. Requested the earliest appointment and this was done for me. Had my windscreen done within an hour. I haven't had any issues.

The only fault which is company procedure any alarm stuff that was attached to windscreen they would put back . So had to do myself .

Good comms, friendly staff
Easy to book but confirmation was not sent right away to let me know the price. Communication through to the date was good. Outlet that did the window was friendly and got the job done on time.

Very happy with the windscreen change
Very happy with the windscreen change. Had a massive crack from a stone chip. The screen had heating elements in it and distance markers for traffic. All changed ok.

On pick up
On pick up, they gave me the wrong key. Then my car was making a knocking noise (it wasn't before) i called national windscreen not helpful at all.
I got in the front passenger side and all the plastic housing was on the floor!!! Car is a hybrid so things had to be moved. Fixed it myself.
