There were issues getting the mercs windscreen but your staff were amazing. I needed to get this done after the death of my father. His funeral was the week it was due to be done. Your staff reached out. And sorted absolutely everything. I can’t thank them enough. In such a horrible time

Few issues of bad workmanship
Although appointment booked for 8.30, the fitter did not arrive until 9.15 am, so not a great start. The person who opened the garage told me the fitter always arrived late!!
Work was completed fine but when I went to drive home there was a glue like substance (or fixative) on my steering wheel. When I got home I could see that the frame if the window, which fortunately is plastic has been scraped, on left and right sides, exposing the base material.
The window itself is fine but little issues left me feeling a dissatisfied with the workmanship.

Professional windscreen replacement
