A brilliant customer experience! Faultless customer service
Brilliant! I dropped in unannounced and asked whether it was safe to drive my car with a long crack in the windscreen which had appeared overnight - told unequivocally 'yes' which meant that I could still continue with a 200+ mile photographic assignment the following day. The windscreen was replaced via insurance a few days later (at NW of course) in half the indicated time. The team there are professional, super friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend this branch highly enough.

I will be taking my car back
I will be taking my car back as the rear window is not the right one for my car, metal is exposed & two rubber stoppers that I’ve not seen before also the wiper not clearing the window.

Very easy process as well as fast and efficient
Although i had a chip repair, it was easy to book in, the staff were very friendly and highly efficient.
The repair was carried out much quicker than i expected. Overall experience was great
