No show on appointed day
No show on appointed day. A day of waiting wasted for me. They didn't notify me. I had to chase them. Rearranged for a week later and all was fine, but still fuming for their discourtesy in wasting my day for the first appointment.

Lio/Leo took pride in the work he had to, wanting it to be as close to perfection as he could make it - as a customer, you cannot ask for anything more!
He was very knowledgeable about what and shouldn't be done after the new window was fitted, and the result is superb.
