it was great very quick only down side was told it could be upto 4hrs so wife had to have day off to pick me up but went to have breakfast and was done in an hour (not moaning it was quick lol)

Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says on the tin, changed my windscreen I’ve had no issues to date although I’ve not used it in the rain since it’s been changed and I won’t know until winter if the heated screen is still working. First world problems! As for the guys at Tamworth they were friendly did in less time than specified and went out of there way to show me how the camera in the windscreen was wired in…great team working there

Easy to book. Given choice of mobile repair at home or drop off at depot for repair. I chose the latter. Appointment as scheduled, friendly staff, car was clean on collecting. easy process

Easy to book online. Knowledgeable and friendly technician, advised may be some visual damage, but could hardly see anything. Definitely recommend!

Fast replacement windows
Well they were very fast at replacing front window been done now 5 days haven’t checked it for water leaks yet,but there was no mess to the car inside or out..

Very helpful lady on the phone explained everything very thoroughly as I’ve never had my window screen replaced before. The fitter turned up on the day, on time, very helpful. Cleaned up afterwards. Thank you so much.

I was able to go through my insurance and book an appointment very quickly and easily. They had good availability and communication as they kept me updated about my appointment. They went above and beyond to get my windscreen replaced and took less time than expected. They were polite and professional, and explained everything I needed to know, and let me ask questions. Hope I don't need them again, but if the worst happens I'd book with them again.
