My screen was replaced at the Weston office. The staff were very friendly and the screen replaced within 3 hours. It is over 14 days now and I have experienced zero issues.

Although I did not get a phone call as…
Although I did not get a phone call as I had been told I would get to advise an estimated time of arrival, I had booked out the day so was at home. The gentleman just confirmed with me on looking at my vehicle that it could not be repaired so I would need to pay my LV excess by card on completion. This I agreed, he worked on his own to fix a large windscreen and was careful and tidy. I left him too it and when completed he rang the bell for me to inspect and pay my excess. Really pleased at great service.

All done in less than 30 mins
The overall all experience was fantastic. After booking it through the website, I was sent notification of my appointment. On the day, the specialist explained the procedure before starting any work. It was all done within minutes.

Broken motorhome window
Was away on a break and they came to the site within 48hrs to repair the breakage, after sourcing the correct window to be replaced. Fast and efficient.

Windscreen replacement was good
Windscreen replacement was good, although when I drove out of the garage I had a puncture from a shard of glass which the tyre fitter confirmed was windscreen glass , therefore I had to buy a new tyreat £150

Cancelled on day of appointment and cannot contact
They never answer the phone. I booked an appointment, waited 10 days for it and they cancelled it on the day. Still don't answer the phone so I have no idea why cancelled. Online chat facility ineffective as they rely on contacting local branch who don't answer the phone. Wish I hadn't wasted my time with these people
