Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed
I am truly disappointed with Naturalizer and, above all, with the level of customer service I have received.
I have been a loyal customer and, on July 24, I purchased a pair of boots during a promotion—boots I was genuinely excited to own. Unfortunately, they were shipped to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and was told to wait until the package arrived at the warehouse so that the order could be refunded, and that they would help me place a new order.
On August 11, after spending more than ONE (1) hour on the phone—time I was not paid for at work—I placed a new order with the help of a representative. However, Naturalizer did not fully honor the promotional price from my original purchase. Even worse, my shipping address was entered incorrectly again, despite being a repeat customer whose correct address is already on file.
I was told that I would have to wait and place yet another order. Today, August 14, I contacted customer service again. I still had not received the refund for the August 11 order, and once again I spent ONE (1) full hour on the phone trying to have the original promotional price honored. It was impossible.
I eventually placed the order again, only to discover approximately two hours later that my address had once again been entered incorrectly. I immediately called to cancel the order and explained that I truly want these boots, but that this situation has become completely unreasonable.
The response? “We will cancel it. Call us again.”
That response was honestly insulting. I do not have another hour to spend on the phone fixing mistakes that are not mine.
What makes this even more disappointing is that until today, I genuinely loved this brand. I was a loyal customer and wanted to continue purchasing from Naturalizer. Unfortunately, the customer service and the lack of reasonable solutions have completely changed my perception of the company.
I have now spent hours on the phone, placed multiple orders, dealt with incorrect shipping information repeatedly, lost the promotional price I was originally promised, and still do not have the boots I wanted.
A loyal customer should not have to fight this hard simply to receive what they purchased at the advertised price.
I will be raising complaints through every appropriate channel available to me—not out of spite, but because I sincerely hope Naturalizer improves its customer service and takes responsibility for the experience it is providing to its customers.
Naturalizer, you have lost a very disappointed customer today.
