Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling - having been a customer for a decade and not wanting to renew my membership due to excessively high fees and reduction in what that gets you in terms of reach, I found that they without my knowledge or verbal or written consent automatically renewed my listing and had kept my credit card details on their system.
Having always renewed each previous year by phone after they sent an invoice I discovered to my horror when I checked my credit card statement that I had been slugged for $699 and they are refusing to refund.
They argue that they do not have to refund as I had passed the '2' day cooling off period they sent in an email a couple of weeks ago. Totally shonky business practice and one I will be following up as I think ACCC is looking at companies who specifically target customers via automatic renewals without option for a refund for those that had no idea.

I was signed up to this organisation as…
I was signed up to this organisation as a Therapist over 4 years ago, on the promise that if I did not receive 6 clients within the first year I would have my subscription refunded in full. It's been over four years and not one client or refund. Despite numerous requests to have my subscription cancelled this organisation has taken yearly subscriptions of over £120 each year and not refunded any of the money or cancelled my subscription. Not once have I ever had a reply for them. I would not recommend this company at all. I wouldn't even rate them one star, but had to because otherwise I couldn't write this review! Absolutely disgusted.

Paid for an hour, received only 45 minutes
After my first visit I was emailed a $15 discount and when I went to claim it I was told it was expired, thou my second booking was cancelled by the masseuse due to their sickness. So I made another booking for the next week and the discount was not valid.
I then paid for an hour massage and 45 minutes into the massage I was told by the masseuse I was owed a 15 minute credit which I could claim on my next visit
The masseuse was doing a reasonably good until then
No prior warning that I was getting a shorter massage
I felt ripped off and not going back again

I think you should review the therapists that are not willing to accept new clients, or fail to reply to messages and remove them from your list.
