From start to finish, the process was made easy and every single question, no matter how big or small was answered immediately. Catherine advised me on all available products and packages. I never once felt pressured to choose one particular product or package over another. I was just explained the benefits of each and left to ask questions and make my own decisions in my own time. Sarah was my trainer and went through everything in a clear and professional way. Everything was explained, and I was also given some hints and tips to help me move forward in my new venture. Royal Mail delivery took too long for my products to arrive. Wish I had paid a little extra for DPD next day delivery. Lesson learned!

I started off at home and mobile and with the help of the Naturawhite team, I now have my very own studio with 2 lasers in 6 months. I’m now opening in 2 other locations. I never thought I could literally make thousands a week. The products are the best in their class the lasers are quality. From my first telephone call to Catherine the service and help I have received from Naturawhite has been exceptional. Catherine answered any questions I had and explained the packages fully in detail, she responded to messages at times of the day such as early evening that I would have thought were outside business hours and she gave me all the information I required to chose the best package for my business. Then Caroline Marsden my trainer was again exceptional, she was very friendly and informative and made my training easy to understand and covered all aspects including legalities in detail. She also took me through the trade shop and explained how I used this and helped me complete the insurance quotation, she also told me to not hesitate in contacting her if I needed any further help following my training. My experience so far with the company had been excellent and I look forward to growing my business further with their support.
