Sales contact Catherine answered all my questions and covered everything I needed to start my business.
Training was carried out by Sarah, who took time to go through every legal step, covered all the literature and how to use it, concise training on how to use the products correctly and the same with the equipment, very thorough and professional.
My account manager Leonie then immediately took over and followed up with any further questions or queries I may have had.
All the team are available even after their initial jobs have been completed - the support and back up is not offered by any other teeth whitening company and ambassadors like myself are confident that the service we provide is second to none.

I would highly recommend to anyone considering training with Naturawhite. From start to finish the team have been brilliant. Catherine was really helpful in advising me about the training and the different packages available. I done my training with Sarah and she was brilliant. She went through everything thoroughly from the process of the treatment to the marketing and the insurance. She made sure the training was simple, straightforward and easy to understand. My model was very happy with their 14 shades whiter results. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole training session and can’t wait to progress as a Brand Ambassador.

Amazing training very fast delivery for my package and I have received everything as expected. I had Mia as a trainer and she went through everything speaking ever so clearly and kept asking if I have any questions throughout the training session. Whenever I have messaged anyone part of the team I have received fast responses and there is not a fault I can point out. 100%

The training itself was very informative and step by step was explained thoroughly. Sarah gave opportunities to ask questions along the way and I was fully satisfied and y the end of the training I felt confident to book customers in for appointments.
The trade shop was explained and Sarah showed me how to set up the account it was good to know how to make orders in the future.
The legal side was also discussed however the reason for the 4 stars is only because of the legal insurance bundle was not explained at any point so I was unaware that this was a further £299 to purchase. Having said this, Sarah the trainer was amazing she took her time training us.
Feed back I would like to add is I was unaware of another 2 students who joined the meeting and were being trained at the same time too which isn’t really a problem however I feel this should have been mentioned to me.
Lastly I would like to take the opportunity to thank naturawhite and the lovely ladies that have been in contact with me from that first phone call up until now helping and guiding me to start this journey with naturawhite.

Sarah has been fabulous covering everything I needed to know through training! Very easy to communicate with she’s honestly been great! Catherine was my first port of call and again very knowledgeable and friendly!

I have been working with Naturawhite for around 15 months now, the products are great and I have had very good results even with clients at the end of the shade guide also no pain or sensitivity is a must for my business. I have currently been working with Leoni and she has been super helpful and always available if I have any issues! I look forward to my business growing!

DO NOT TRAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. TRAINING IS LITTALLY A FEW HOURS AND YOU DONT LEARN ANYTHING AS ITS ALL OVER ZOOM. THEY MISLED ME AND DID NOT TELL ME IT WAS A SELF ADMINISTRATIVE TEETH WHITENING COURSE AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY REFUSED IT AND THEN TOOK OVER 3 MONTHS TO SEND MY CERTIFICATE. THERE GELS ARE ALSO CRAP!! I WHITENED 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITH THE GELS AND NONE OF THERE TEETH GOT WHITER. I AM NOW LOOKING TO SELL THE PRODUCTS TO SOMEONE TRAINED IN TEETH WHITENING. THEY CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG AND THERE A SCAM!!!!!!

The training was extremely insightful, clear and concise. My trainer Sarah Sinclair made m feel extremely comfortable and at easy as she guided me through the steps. With Sarah’s brilliant training my client managed to get her teeth 21 shades lighter. The steps were clear and straight forward and the explanation of each gave me a better insight. The extra help regarding social media was extremely helpful to grow my business and also my personal account. The training not only helped me in a business sense, but also in a personal capacity. I feel very grateful to have had Sarah as my trainer as she made me feel confident to start my business endeavour. I couldn’t recommend Sarah or the company enough. I’m excited to see where this next chapter takes me.

Where do I start. I can't recommend this laser teeth whitening enough! If your going to invest I honestly suggest that you aim for the diamond package, the results are amazing! I had my training with Mia and my point of contact has been Catherine at NaturaWhite. The training with Mia was great and she was super patient and thorough with everything she did. I left feeling confident in the process and all the information! Catherine is a star, she always responds to my silly questions and gives me any info that I need. My delivery was delayed with courier strikes and she was always there to reassure me and update me. Now that I have started my business, I’ve never felt more excited! I am very happy with how the course was delivered by Trainer, Sarah. She helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for and anytime I had a query it was answered straight away and would consistently check that everything she was teaching was understood and was very clear.

The product we purchased (Pure platinum Whitening toothpaste) is amazing, we were given a tube a few years ago and now would never use anything else and have even given tubes as presents to friends. We called to place an order and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient guiding us through the process of ordering online. An all round fabulous service.
