Great company to go with if you are wanting to start up your own whitening business. My trainer Sarah was really helpful and explained everything so clearly! I’m looking forward to starting my journey with Natura white. Everyone you speak to are so lovely and helpful I’m so glad I picked this company.

From reading the reviews online regarding Naturawhite, you will see that most are from the people who have just invested a lot of money to work with them, and have just finished their training course. There are however very few reviews from actual paying customers, or from people reviewing the products. This should start to raise alarm bells if you are considering investing a large amount of money with this company.

After I completed my training I started to try the process on myself and my partner. Neither of us were happy with the results, and I started to feel extremely nervous about asking the general public, or family / friends to pay for this service. We both followed the process again a couple of times and were still completely dissatisfied. During this time, I did have some paying customers, all of which were very disappointed and upset that they had wasted their money. None would return, or recommend the service to their friends. When I informed Naturawhite that I was not happy with what they had sold me, they basically ignored me until the point where I had asked for a refund. Their trainer agreed there was a problem with the product which I had been sent and we agreed to try new gels. Once these arrived, they were no better.

I then had no option but to request a refund again, as the products are clearly not fit for purpose, and this is therefore not going to be a viable business, which I had just spent £2,449 on. This was refused on every level and in a very aggressive manner. I have since had to contact my credit card company to try and make a claim through them instead. A lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Every aspect of dealing with the owners of this company has been extremely unpleasant from the start and I would never recommend them to anyone as a partner or customer. They have also tried now on a number of occasions to try and have my review removed.

Amazing @elixir_smiles had me smiling again her service was great and she explained all the steps making it easy for me to use the self service kit i went up 10 shades and can’t wait for my top up for me that’s a blessing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My partner joined these based on the spectacular results promised on their website for the Diamond package. The kit came, all looked professional enough but when we started using the gels the results were rubbish. After complaining we got sent new gels and still the results were poor. We had complaints from customers and had to close the business, requesting that we returned the equipment and got a refund. This has been refused at every step.

Destiny is by hands down the best of the best! Explained everything so well, super friendly and sweet all while remaining professional! Superb training, would definitely recommend!! Thank you ever so much!! Excited to start my journey with the best company!

This company is a joke, they just mess you around don't know what they're doing. Go elsewhere there's so many other people out there that can provide a better and cheaper service. Thank me later 😊

After deciding to start my business with Naturawhite in October I have been fully supported every step of the way. I've had a few bumps in the road, like most business start ups, and the team have worked with me to overcome these obstacles and help my business thrive. I feel confident and happy knowing if I have any issues they will be resolved quickly and efficiently. If you are thinking of starting I can honestly say you will not regret it! This is by far the best teeth whitening business you can get and it will transform your life!

This course is great ! The trainers name was Destiny and she made it very easy and explained clearly and fully answered all questions we had. The best thing about this course is they are there to support you after in any way you need them which is great when you are 1st starting out as you will most definitely have questions once you get going.

Amazing from the start! The information about purchasing business packages was very informative and helpful and such an easy process. My training was conducted by Sarah who delivered an amazing training session, very detailed and gave me confidence in believing I can now go ahead and deliver services to clients. Thank you so much Sarah. The explanation of insurance and trade shop was very helpful and easy steps. The equipment is great and the products are amazing. The result on my training dummy was outstanding and I was so impressed. I feel confident in using such an amazing brand to deliver a great service to future clients and I can’t wait to progress and see further results! Monday I had a training session with Destiny and I found it really informative, relaxing and helpful. Destiny is very professional about the products that are used and explained everything to us. She answered all of the questions that I asked and made me at ease with the products. I was nervous about the step as its massive for me. But so far it has exceeded my expectations. Catherine was fabulous on helping me join and answering all my questions Overall I am absolutely ecstatic with how this has turned out. Onwards and upwards

I ordered a pack of mouth trays plus an additional 2 trays. The additional 2 were missing from the delivery

I have a good intuition so when I was reading through the website I got excited about investing with Naturawhite. Catherine explained everything to me and helped out when I hit a bumpy road. I did my training with Sarah and she couldn't of made it any easier, she was very clear and honest and made me feel very comfortable and excited to start making money with this business!

I have been with Naturawhite for over 18 months. This is probably the best move I have ever made, I am my own boss and work the hours I choose rather than what I am told. I earn a good salary for the hours I do.
Nothing is too much trouble at Naturawhite, always helpful and happy help!!!

AVOID !!!!! I got many calls that persuaded me to sign up with themselves and was told it would only cost me £9 for the kit and the rest would be profit so I asked a couple times and the woman was like yeh yeh £9 don’t worry u will make a lot of profit u can charge £99 or whatever you want which was an absolute lie coz I wasn’t told about other stuff I would need so the kit wouldn’t cost £9 it was costing more. Anyways she kept ringing me I told her I’m going thru a lot and cudnt afford to invest if I wasn’t going to make the money back not once did she tell me over the phone it was self administered. Why would people pay someone £99 to do everything themsleves just to use the light u have to offer. When there is other stuff a lot cheaper on the market and also others offering the service in which they do it for u. I have wasted £2k of my saving on crap. Avoid no one will want to use a service where they have to by law do everything themseleves I was told at the training u can’t even offer them any advice u can’t even touch the stuff the customer has to do it all. Not worth it!!! Oh btw you are told if u leave a good review u get a chance to win stuff so most of these reviews are coz they want a chance to win free stuff
