This session by Nawal was very eye opening and insightful. It made me aware of blocked expressions were signs of fear and supressed truth. It is also one of the main reasons for money getting blocked. The only way to be is to be authentic i.e. true to yourself and others. He took us through how to activate it, how to express effectively, how to tackle situations effectively, sound associated with the chakra, yoga poses and powerful affirmations. It was a very comprehensive session and would suggest everyone to go through it.

My today's takeaway was that you need to start expressing , if you don't, you keep layering emotions inside which blocks your throat Chakra and because of this blockage the other chakras also get effected. Start being authentic, as in, be yourself from today.
