Dont normally leave reviews , but feel that Nathan and his company deserves five stars and more . Sent my phone off yesterday at 5pm and was paid in full the amount promised to me by 10am the next morning. Now thats what you call service :).

I'm normally hesitant about buying unsealed phones (you can buy sealed, refurbished, unsealed or no box etc - lots of different options for your budget) but this experience proved there's nothing to worry about! Beautiful S25 received 😍

Offered the best price, sent out my packing for free delivery and paid out immediately. Money received within 2 days of me placing the order. Ridiculously fast. Email replies were under 30 minutes. Absolutely incredible service. I have sent 3 phones to them on different days. As soon as the phones were received, they were checked and payment was sent all in under half an hour. Will 100% use them again.

Nothing is too much effort for Nathan. I was after a garmin watch and noticed there wasn’t any available on the website. Quick chat with Nathan and I’ve got one ordered the same day. Picked it up 4 days later due to weekend and couldn’t fault the service!
Also worth noting significantly cheaper than online retailers!

I contacted Nath as my poor iPhone 11 finally gave up! As usual he quoted me a very competitive price that I couldn’t refuse, so I’m writing this review on my brand new iPhone 15. As soon as the phone is received the money goes in super quick and what's really nice is they send a lovely what's app message to confirm and also say thank you. With the amount of online scams these days it's hard to know who you can trust. I can assure anyone thinking of using N. B tech that my experience of doing business with them was an absolute pleasure. I was re-emburst for the registered post and more importantly they were there to answer the phone and reassure me and talk me through the process.
