I’ve bought a phone, earbuds, and most recently a Galaxy Watch from NB Tech over the past year, and every experience has been excellent. Their prices are genuinely hard to beat, all items have arrived brand-new and factory-sealed, and the customer service has been outstanding throughout.

After reading the reviews on teustpilot I didn't hesitate to use N B TECH for the sale of my device .
From start to finish was a couple of days but what I found excellent was the service along the way , updated emails,and the most pleasant staff (including Nathan the CEO even forgave me for calling him Nigel on 4 emails DOH!) which does give it a more personal touch .
I had no worries whatsoever and after a few extra security check my money was available in my bank within minutes.
I would definitely recommend this fast , efficient company to anyone who wants a worry free sale with the utmost of professionalism

Shipped my phone off to n.b tech yesterday after getting the best quote from n.b tech for my phone . Posted special delivery was collected by them the next day . By 10.35am the phone had been processed and payment was made instantly. Great customer service and fast response via WhatsApp , none of the usual 2-3 business days for a reply that you get from some companies. The price which I was offered online was the price I received + £10 for shipping cost . Other companies tend to give you one offer online then try to offer you a lower price after inspection and being process . The service provided by n.b tech was 10/10 and would highly recommend them . If what you’re selling is exactly what you say it is you will get the price offered to you online .no messing around fast same day payment

I absolutely recommend these guys. They offered me the best price by a mile for my iPhone 17 pro, £80 more than some of the well known companies and the price they quoted was the price they paid, and all within 36 hours of posting the device.

Such an easy Process!
Went direct to their website.. filled in a few details and received the offer (above other on the market) Had one question, so I spoke with them on the phone and all was made clear.
Sent Phone by Royal mail Special delivery Guaranteed and it was updated as they had received parcel the next morning before 9am.
One small error on my part was rectified with a short phone call and by 11:00 am I was notified that the funds were in my account.
Full original online offer was received with the additional £10 to cover the cost of posting special delivery.
Amazing service and communication from start to finish! very rare these days.
