Christine B. was very helpful in figuring out my dentist bill for me and also informing me that the reason for discrepancy isthat my dentist was no longer in network after being in network as of January 2026 but now dentist is no longer in network. Dentist office states they weren't getting enough reimbursement fron Metlife/NCD. Believed dentist office should have informed me of this before my appointment on 9/16 and 10/01 of 2026. Funny how the dentist office isn't getting paid enough from MetLife but could completely remodel the entire office all summer long and new landscaping. Then office told me that they put a little message card on the counter stating no longer taking MetLife. UGH!
BUT......Christine B. was great. 5+ stars for her

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

MetLife is the worse dental policy you can ever buy. Almost everything submitted was rejected. They only paid for a cleaning and reimbursed at very low percentage of actual amount billed.

When my wife had a crown replaced, her Dentist called the claims number and used the precise language they told him to use. They still rejected the claim.

Do not buy this policy. You will regret it!

Christine is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered on the phone. She did a great job explaining and listening to all my questions and concerns. It is so nice to be able to talk to a real person regarding real life decisions.

Audrey has to be the nicest lady in the world. You guys are so luck to have such a delightful customer service associate that really understands what customer service really means to new customers like myself. She reviewed my policy in detail let me interrupt her when I had a question, answered every question I could think of and more importantly reminded me if I had anything further questions or wanted to upgrade my policy your customer service is available to help me. Audrey should get a special call out for being the most pleasant person to talk with.
