I have been a member of NCD for several years. They claim huge discounts after 2 yrs as a member. DO NOT BELIEVE IT ! After paying dues to get 50% off on implants, I was told I had the wrong plan and had to start paying from scratch to achieve the goal of 50% off implants. I asked to have a review of the sales call that initiated the sale and was told They could not find tapes. I am perplexed on how to proceed, and all the while they continue to take payments out of my account.

Audrey is an excellent rep! And NCD is a solid company. I use them myself as does my family, for dental insurance. I havent had issues and none of my insurance clients who are on it have had any issues either. I really like that it feels like a small family owned business :)
