Great company to deal with, customer service was friendly, helpful and efficient and my waistcoat is just perfect. Will most certainly be purchasing more items.

Just got my two new cashmere triangle scarves and I couldn't be happier. Something tells me I'll have more than two before long! :-)
Fabulous quality and very versatile.

Had several items over the last couple of years, bought online and in person from the shop.
Went to the shop at the weekend to find it permanently closed. Poster in the window gave new delivery address, so I drove there. When I arrived at the delivery address, another poster gave the new shop address. Why can't the new shop address be put in the window of the old shop?! No phone signal so I couldn't check online. Would save everyone wasting time going to a warehouse!
I set off to the new shop, a tricky drive on narrow lanes. No obvious place to park, as this is a large country estate. Poor signage. I left the car and set off on foot to try and work out where to go. Eventually found the shop tucked away in a part of the spa complex.
Same good quality cashmere on offer, and well set out shop, although a poor welcome from the assistant, who didn't engage, and no atmosphere in the shop, feels very quiet, compared to the previous shop, which was in Masham. No other customers there while I was in the shop.
Overall, a disappointing experience, awful trail to find the shop, I nearly gave up. Don't think I'll visit in person again, too difficult to get to. Still a good business to buy cashmere, but I'd recommend buying online!

I really love what Nearly New Cashmere Co. are doing.

The whole experience feels refreshingly honest and transparent compared to most online clothes shopping. Every item is individually measured and graded, their models are women whose measurements are exemplars for their own transparent sizing system, so you always know what you see is what you can expect. The measurements provided for each and every item make it so easy to compare and size-match against pieces you already own. It makes judging fit so easy and removes a lot of the stress and guesswork.

I also appreciate that they focus on the quality of the cashmere itself rather than the prestige of the original label. The pieces I’ve bought at all price points have all been beautifully soft, understated and genuinely wearable — the kind of clothes that I wear again and again.

As an Irish customer, I’ve also been really impressed by the delivery and returns experience post-Brexit. Orders arrive quickly, and when I did need to return one item (entirely because I chose the wrong shape for me), the process was completely friction-free with a very fast refund and exceptionally friendly, personable and professional customer service.

It just feels like a calm, well-run company led by people who actually care about quality, customer satisfaction and sustainable style. I’m a very happy repeat customer because of that.

Had a hot pink wrap as a Christmas gift and have since ordered a baby blue wrap and socks. Delighted with the quality, lovely and soft. Delivery is superb & fast. Will definitely order more. Highly recommended.

My third wrap. This time in a gorgeous very dark brown. I wanted to use a discount code before it expired but was away from home. They kindly held off posting until I returned . Beautiful products. Lovely people.

Messaged them about their fabric shaver. I bought it end of 2024 but have barely used it. It was living in my cupboard in a clean dry space in its original packaging. I have tried to use it recently after some months and remembered why I had stopped using it. The battery is going. I charge it from red to green and it dies within seconds. Totally useless.
I messaged the company and they didn’t try to rectify or investigate the issue at all. They said they had changed model in 2025 so couldn’t really help and suggested using a different cable which I had already tried. So disappointed in their customer service.

My first time dealing with this company. I ordered three cashmere tee shirts. They arrived the next day and are excellent in terms of colour and design. They fit true to size and are great value. Really recommend this product and this company.

Regarding my earlier review, now that they have contacted me to try to remedy the situation, I still give this company a low rating. Please keep in mind that they think they know better than you. They are making those decisions for you by not revealing brand names because you are an uneducated consumer. The MOST they offered me a $14 refund, which I am so offended by. They suggested I could get a full refund by mailing it back across the ocean, which I was appalled by since they claim they are so earth-friendly. This sweater was only fit for the trash, which is where it went. They are purposely not putting brand names on their website because 1., they don't want you to know the true quality of what they are selling, and 2., if they did, you could do proper research on the sweater and see if you are getting a good deal for your hard-earned money. I am not asking for something unusual or unfair. Full disclosure and honesty is ALWAYS the best practice. Shame on you, Nearly New Cashmere Co.

Charged £4.85 postage for returning a too small item. But if I keep it for credit get an extra £2.27 wow, don’t over do yourselves. Would not buy again.

Have now had 7 jumpers from this company plus 2 wraps and a pair of fingerless gloves. They are all absolutely fabulous. Going to Spain and taking jumpers and wraps with me. Perfect for the current weather there. Also taking the gloves, not because it will be cold but just for the look of them. But not only that, the customer service is second to none. A shout out for Angela. Through watching the reels I feel I know the whole team! Can’t wait to buy more.

I love this company! Firstly because they recycle not waste. Their customer service is responsive and friendly. I have purchased several different items from them, each one as described, of very good quality and always in great condition. Lots of varied stock comes online. Great business.

Beautiful silk scarves and really soft, high quality silk. Delivery was very fast.

I just received my first purchase and it won’t be the last. The black tie front cardigan arrived very quickly after order, is fabulous and really is like new.
I particularly like the reassessment of size with measurements, mine is a Jigsaw size M but recategorised as small which is accurate. Beautiful garment at a great price.

Very, very happy with my slouchy cashmere tank. Gorgeous, rich wine colour. I’m a size 22-24 and the 3XL fits perfectly - loose, slouchy and very flattering. Absolutely gorgeous jumper in super condition. Beautifully packed and quickly shipped. I love how carefully the sizing is noted and the jumpers are photographed so it is easy to get a good sense of how the fit will be. I have purchased scarves, wraps and jumpers from Nearly New Cashmere and have always had excellent service. Their products are high quality and beautiful and their customer service excellent. If something isn't quite right they will go the extra mile to sort things out. An excellent company with a sustainable heart. Always my first choice for Cashmere and beautiful scarves.
