Love my new top & hood and love what this company is doing reselling and upcycling cashmere! Accurate sizing and item arrived in great condition. There was a minor hiccup with their black friday gift as they had not disclosed exactly when their deal started but they were quick to resolve it. Having worn the hood a handful of times now in windy & rainy conditions, it would be great if there was a way to tighten the hood so it doesn't get constantly blown off. It's also important to note that the hood is great for keeping your head warm but cashmere is not waterproof so not to be used as a substitute for a raincoat or brolly. Other than that, wearing the hood as a snood is very warm and looks great!

Really disappointing quality - rough, incredibly thin, felt cheap - waste of time and money. Wouldn't buy again.

The wrap was thinner than I expected. Color nice though. They said they would send it WITHOUT signature required but in fact a signature WAS required. I had to spend the day waiting for it and missed a class.

Great service and shipping was fast however the neckwarmer smelt of perfume.
Everything else was great.

Fabulous quality items. Have purchased a couple of jumpers for my daughter and one for myself which were all perfect. Ordered a jumper for my husband but have decided to exchange for an alternative. Customer service is excellent with prompt replies and option to either print or use QR code for return / exchange. Will be ordering again for sure. Pleased I found you! Love your ethos and will recommend to friends for sure.

I have just received a long cardigan in size M which I ordered from Nearly New Cashmere.
While I was pleased with the quality of the cardigan I am not at all pleased with the size as it is actually a size 42”.
I find this site very contradictory as when you check their sizing it states one size but in the description it states M but the actual size is not a medium but a large, in this case a 42”!
Not only does the buyer cover the cost of delivery £ 3.85, as in this case I will have to stand the cost of postage to return £4.85, the site does not facilitate the printing of your own label which you are charged for, and is deducted from the refund. So all in all down £8.70 with nothing to show for it.
This is the second time I have been “caught out” by this company so I will be extremely cautious before I consider buying from them in the future.

I have been delighted with the jumpers i bought and am very happy to have found a great way to buy lovely cashmere jumpers second hand as i try to only wear natural fibres and new cashmere is not only out my budget but i also prefer to support family businesses as opposed to high street brands so i will definetly buy other items as the quality and prices are fantastic also the delivery is very quick.

I love what this company is doing and the customer service is second to none! I had a query about an item and Lil quickly responded and gave me the confidence to order. The quality of the cashmere is fantastic, I can't believe it is second hand. Highly recommend and I will be back for more!

The wrap I ordered is beautiful BUT.... I bought it to go with a blazer which i intend to wear to the airport then use the wrap for the long haul flight. It all looked great together until I removed the wrap from the blazer to find it all covered in a fine fluff which took ages to remove. I now need to rethink what to wear. Not as useful as I thought it would be.

I ordered the wrong sized jumper recently and the staff at Nearly New Cashmere were really helpful in assisting with the return and exchange.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the exchange jumper which arrived the next day! Super service, thank you!

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. Some cashmere sweaters are designed to be gauzy and light - it's not a flaw, and it's not a always a result of cheap production. I ordered five jumpers, and they were ALL of outstanding quality - kept my favourite two. I would just say that more photos would be useful because two doesn't always show what you're getting. And while the returns process is very easy, it'd be hugely helpful to have options for Collect Plus or Evri, because all the local Post Offices have closed.

What with the colder days just around the corner, and reassured with mostly positive reviews, my husband and I decided to invest a sizeable chunk of our modest pension into a couple of second hand cashmere jumpers from Nearly New Cashmere Co.
The jumpers arrived quickly. My was no good - clearly washed in a washing machine, it felt like boiled wool. My husband’s jumper was much thinner than it looked in the photos, and not the same deep burgundy colour. We used the prepaid label to send the items back, explaining why.
To our surprise, the Nearly New Cashmere Co denied there was anything wrong with the jumpers. We wish we took photographs, but also feel like it wouldn’t make any difference.
They took £5 for the return label out of our refund.
We DO NOT recommend Nearly New Cashmere Co products or the people behind this company.

I ordered a cashmere jumper and it did not fit so I returned it and was charged £4.85. I don’t feel it is clearly displayed on the site prior to purchase that you are charged for returns, this needs to be addressed. The cashmere was a cheap Chinese version and very thin. All very disappointing and I won’t be shopping again. Be ware!

Beautifully patched my cashmere jumper. Shaved the wool down as well - it's like new. Thank you!

I received my second Nearly New cashmere jumper this week. My wife bought my first one, and I the second.

I could not be more pleased with the product I received. It is a dark blue v-neck. It is in excellent condition and from a good name.

I will be back!

I ordered two fingerless gloves as Christmas gifts (plus a pair for me!) after seeing them on an Instagram ad. Very happy with the quality and I love the sustainable aspect of re-using cashmere. The colour selection is also great. Would recommend.

The item was lovely, unfortunately a bit too small for me so had to return it.
