Asked for boiler and fire service and given appt for a week later which was fine. Had text to say engineer (Matthew) was on his way, although only a two minute warning so could have been a bit more! No issue really as I was home but worth mentioning. Matthew was quite young looking but he was brilliant, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and tidy; I could not have asked for better. Service was really efficient and Matthew identified a small gas leak in the fire pipe work which he resolved so felt reassured. Overall I would say the whole experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service from Neater Heat. From the initial telephone enquiry to completion of work the service was exceptional. Thanks to Danny the engineer for all his work, his patience, perseverance and politeness were beyond reproach. My wife and I now have an efficient central heating system once again

We had a problem with our heating. Ashley fixed it for us, it turned out to be a faulty thermostat. He was fantastic, professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He also checked other couple of things boiler related and advised us about settings.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. The engineer was courteous and polite. He did a very thorough job of checking over the boiler and servicing it. I was really pleased and will definitely be calling on your company to provide further boiler servicing in the future.

I needed a radiator piped up in a hurry, called Lee and he got his son to come round the same afternoon - amazing service and I couldn’t recommend Neater Heater any more highly!

professional, friendly, efficient service. Only downside thought the charge was very expensive. Think a better way is a lower charge to come out and asses the job and then charge accordingly to what needs doing
