Billy provides an excellent service. He and his colleague did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. I thought that this would probably be the last clean and I would need to replace them but now they look like new again! A very professional service from the start, including communication prior to the job. I highly recommend this company- excellent vale for money.

I can't rate Billy highly enough. He very honestly set all expectations from the start, advised the risks and didn't over promise at any stage, however, he exceeded those expectations by doing an amazing job removing some stubborn stains from sisal. All in all, a great experience!

Billy is brilliant. Super professional and friendly. He was really honest with us and we felt like we'd got the best of the best cleaning our carpets. He worked around us really well during the clean and we're so impressed with the results. We've recently moved into the property and he's helped us make it feel more like home!

Bill cleaned and sealed a kitchen floor for us. He arrived promptly and spent a great deal of time on preparation to make sure the floor was absolutely clean before sealing it. He and his colleague worked hard during the two days. They were courteous and helpful in explaining how to maintain the floor. He cleans other things eg carpets and rugs and we will certainly use him again.

After my 1 year old son being diagnosed with a dog dander allergy we needed our whole house and sofas cleaned ASAP. Billy and all the team at Nel’s were so accommodating. They were super attentive to all our needs and got the job done. We can’t thank to team and Billy enough for their expertise and professionalism throughout the work.

We have been using Nel’s now for a number of years and it’s true, you really get what you pay for. You will 100% find it cheaper elsewhere, but you will end paying twice. We had another company locally give it a try but the power of their machine wasn’t man enough for the job. They even walked away saying they couldn’t complete the works.

Billy did an excellent job cleaning an expensive rug which the dog had used as a toilet. Stains and smells were removed. Communication was great too. Would definitely use again.

Billy from Nel's Carpet Cleaning did a brilliant job on my carpets and sofas today - they honestly look like new again, which is no mean feat given I have two children and two cats! He did a really meticulous job and clearly takes a lot of pride and care in his work - I have no hesitation in recommending him and won't be going anywhere else in future!

I would not hesitate to recommend Nel's, Billy did an excellent job on my sofa and in particular my living room rug that I had given up trying to get clean, it literally looks brand new and the sofa and rug smell so clean and fresh, attention to detail second to none and he explains the process and shows how it is done I used them for my stair carpet a couple of years ago and will definitely be using them again, excellent service!

Brilliant service. Billy could not have been more helpful or thorough,staying late until the job was done to his satisfaction. Our sofa was returned to new condition in spite of the abuse it has received from our grandchildren. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.
