Brilliant service from a very professional company. I would definitely use them again and can recommend them.

This is the second time we have used Nel’s Carpet Cleaning and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Billy is always extremely efficient, friendly and the cleaning he provides is first class. The carpets he cleaned came up beautifully, stain free (and there were a lot of different ones) and smelling lovely. Billy’s co-worker was also a credit to the company.

I had a top of range Amtico floor spoiled by a sealed bottle of wine being dropped on it which had smashed like a bomb and had affected a large area. I enquired from the people who installed it whether anything could be done or whether I would have to have the floor in its entirety replaced (which apart from the disruption would have cost me a lot of money). The installer spoke to Amtico direct who recommended all the surface should be scraped off and once dry a new surface should be applied. Amtico couldn’t take that on board but the Installer gave me Billy’s details to see if he could and bless him, he came to see me without delay. He also looked at my pure wool thick white rugs that I had positioned around the flat (12 of them) in response to my asking if he could clean them, as over 10 years they had become quite dirty.
Billie examined the floor - took a spare board that luckily I had saved and then went away. He returned a couple of days afterwards with a sample of what he could achieve to repair my flooring and a film of his company cleaning the same type of rugs as mine absolutely perfectly. Needless to say I signed on the dotted line!
Within 5 days my Amtico looked as new - probably better than new because he advised me to go for a matt rather than a polished finish because it is hardier. He took all the rugs away for cleaning and showed me a film of that being done (embarrassing to say the least) and on their return they looked as though they were brand new.
My Amtico floor is also perfect and I have let the installer know so that any problems with future customers suffering accidental damage like mine, he could have no fear in recommending Billie.
Every thing was first class, I could not complain about anything at all. He was a marvellous, hardworking young man, who took into consideration that I am old and couldn’t be of much help. I will always go back to him if I need to and have no doubt about giving him a 5 star recommendation whenever I am asked.

Billy and his team were phenomenal! Our carpets and sofa were in a terrible state… and he’s made them all like brand new! Incredibly friendly, and extremely professional. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again in the future! Absolutely shocked with how he managed to get them all looking brand new - magicians!

Exception work by Billy - for someone who is prepared to work on his own and so efficiently, he probably deserves more stars. On the day he was courteous and friendly. We will book him for a slot in 12 month's time.

Billy of Nel's Carpet Cleaning was highly professional and our carpet and sofas were cleaned to a high standard. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Nel's Carpet Cleaning to others.

We have been using billy at Nels Carpets for a number of properties after tenants have left ready for the new tenants to move in. The Carpet is always left looking brand new and smelling amazing.
