Amazing
I had an issue with my shoulders and back dealing with stiffness and it became uncomfortable I had been to sombody not even a month prior but it didn’t sort it but I came here and honestly 3 months after and it’s not returned something I’ve had for a while solved in 1 appointment definitely give this guy a go

Excellent service, highly recommend
Rene was very thorough, checked if it was the correct massage for me, strength of massage etc. He was friendly and provided a very calming atmosphere for me to relax whilst he performed the deep tissue massage.
He then told me what to expect after the massage and the benefits and explained about the need to hydrate my body etc.

Best deep tissue/sports massage available.
Rene has an incredible calming nature, and great knowledge of muscles and human anatomy. Easy location to find and most comfortable massage bed I have laid on.
I have had pain in my left glute and hamstring for some time due to excessive exercise - 2 days post massage with Rene and my pain is now none existent. The relief I am now feeling is amazing.
He also identified multiple “knots” in my back and got to work straight away - again, the aches and pains I was feeling are now none existent.
I will definitely be returning, and looking forward to the next massage.

Great massage
I had my first time with Rene last week after a few years without a massage. He is incredibly friendly and professional and I came out feeling like a new man. His massage studio is easy to access and very clean, I'd highly recommend.

Rene was great! Very professional and clearly well studied in physiology and massage, I got lots of good advice as well as a great deep tissue massage. I play lots of sports and run plenty, so this really sorted me out and has my runs feeling much more comfortable. Will be visiting again. Thanks!

My lower back is on the mend!

A SOLID 10/10 EXPERIENCE
I really enjoyed my Swedish massage that Rene provided. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience extremely relaxing (I was slightly nervous as this was my first time having a professional massage).
After having the massage, I felt rejuvenated and completely stress free. The facilities were excellent and atmospheric, the booking process was extremely straight forward and the pricing was very reasonable. An all round great experience and I will definitely be using Rene’s services again.
Highly recommend and cannot sing Rene’s praises enough!
