The worst online casino I have ever dealt with.

Depositing money was easy, but as soon as I won and tried to withdraw my funds, the problems started.

I was required to verify my account, which is normal. I submitted all the requested documents, but verification took 5 days and only moved forward after I repeatedly contacted support.

Once verified, I tried to withdraw my winnings of $3,500. Because I had deposited using Apple Pay, there was no option to withdraw directly to my bank account. I contacted support multiple times by email and live chat and was asked to provide even more documents, including bank statements, bank card details, and Apple Pay transaction records.

After another 48-hour wait, I was told everything had been approved and my account was fully verified. However, when I returned to the withdrawal page, there was still no option to withdraw to my bank account. The only available withdrawal options were cryptocurrency wallets.

I attempted a crypto withdrawal, but after waiting another 48 hours it was rejected because I had not originally deposited using cryptocurrency. I then contacted support again asking how I was supposed to withdraw to my bank account when that option was not available. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and messages and have received no response.

As of 03/06/2026, I still have not received my money or a clear answer. I have spent 9 days going back and forth with support with no resolution.

Based on my experience, I would stay far away from this website. Other casinos such as LeonBet and VegasStars have provided a much better experience.
