I ordered the tallow balm but unfortunately I received it broken into pieces, when I reached out to Neptune they got right back to me. They told me they’d send another jar. Can’t wait to start using it daily. So far from what I can use, the texture of the tallow is luscious and my skin drinks it right up. Leaving a non-greasy, healthy shine. I like to use it on my eye browse, lashes, cuticles, and dry spots.

Amazing product that lives up to the hype. Highly recommend using this everyday.

I’ve ordered from them several times. Good customer service but inconsistent in a few areas.
The quality of the gum - Some pieces are hard (like they’re supposed to be) but often times several of the pieces are soft and get stuck in your teeth.
The quantity - Sometimes the tins are full. Sometimes they’re half full.
Shipping times also varies. Anywhere from a few days to a couple months to receive your order.

Wonderful customer service and a truly clean, nourishing product. Happy to have found Neptune.

Ordered the tallow balm after battling with dry skin for months. Not only did it make my skin feel like velvet, I noticed a fading of fine lines. Customer service is incredible also.
I highly recommend.

I ordered the Tallow balm for my son. He is allergic to many things, so I was so happy to find something with natural ingredients. I received my shipment within a week. Unfortunately, it was broken. I reached out to customer service and they responded the same day. They had a new shipment sent out the next day. Also, my son loves how the product doesn't leave his skin feeling greasy and his skin looks great!

The Neptune Tallow and Honey Balm have left a noticeable improvement in my skin tone and reduction of wrinkles. I highly recommend it. The customer care service has also been excellent.

I ordered the Neptune beef tallow balm, and all I can say is that I could not be happier with my results.
My skin is soft and hydrated without causing any irritation or breakouts.
My skin is looking so much better as it has soothed and healed my very dry skin, this will be my only moisturising balm that I will be using from now on, and am very pleased and impressed with my results.
Customer service is amazing, was replied to within 24 hours all my questions answered through email’s promptly.

Neptune gum is as advertised. Great natural flavor and chew. Its pricey but I’ll probably order more

I've recently had a severe flare up of psoriasis. My daughter gave me some of Neptunes tallow and honey balm. It totally changed things around for me. My face was peeling off. After a short time of using the balm my skin has healed incredibly. Soft and smooth! I recommend this product for anyone with skin issues!

I originally ordered the tallow for my maturing face. Unfortunately I don’t like the smell much. Dosnt smell bad but it smells and I’m super sensitive to smells. On a much better note, my 5 y/o son has SUFFERED from eczema since his first few months of life. We have literally tried everything. He won’t swim he won’t wear shorts in the summer (we live in so cal 🥵 so I decided one night to try the tallow on him. A thin layer all over and he totally let me. Usually he will fight me bc creams burn his sad skin. Needless to say woke up the next morning and his entire body flare up was 95% gone!! Just GONE! Can I say this BLEW ME AWAY!!! will not go w/o it for him. Thank you sooooo much for this miracle cream! You have saved his skin and his childhood! Much love and blessings ❤️

So happy I found this balm!! I've been using it for almost 3 months now and my skin looks so healthy and even toned. The compliments are also proof that it's working. My skin is thanking me that I no longer put chemicals on it!! Customer service is top notch!! Shipping is a little slow but understandable and worth the wait!! Very happy Customer!!

It took 2 or 3 months to receive my gum. Misleading advertising and bold-faced lies about shipping times. The amount of gum received was less than 30% of what was shown in ads. The product is fine. Business practices are trash.

I ordered the beef tallow and it went to the wrong address, I tried to get ahold of customer service as soon as I realized and they stopped responding to my emails.Horrible customer service!

The people are really easy to deal with and the gum is awesome
