The kindest thing my skin has ever found. I have been telling everyone about this product. I don't typically leave reviews but this one is so great that I had to.

The honey tallow really helped with my acne and skin texture overall! I would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with their skin!

My entire adult life I’ve lived in very dry and harsh climates- four decades in Alaska, the last 7 years in the high desert of Central Oregon. This product soothes, smooths, and moisturizes my old, dry skin… frankly, I can’t wait to put it on!! It feels great and stays feeling great for all day or all night. Customer for life!

Absolutely love this product! I have been using it for about 2.5 weeks and have noticed a huge difference in my face. It is so smooth. Very rarely have breakouts. And really love the consistency. Only thing is the glass jar it comes in. Once you apply this to your face your hands are extremely slippery and I dropped mine and it shattered. I have to pick out glass so I could continue to use it, so just be aware of that!

I order a two pack of the Tallow Honey Balm and, when I received the package, one jar was completely smashed. I reached out to the team, and they quickly responded and mailed me out a new jar. It really creates peace of mind knowing that a company will quickly act to rectify an issue. Looking forward to trying the product now!

I ordered two Tallow and Honey Balm, I was sad when I opened the bag and seen both caps broke. I sent an email and they requested photo, once sent they replied apologize for the shipment and replace both with no cost !! That’s what I call great customer satisfaction .

So far I really like the balm .. I would like to see the ingredients printed on the jar

I ordered 5 candles from them
They came crammed in a box and one was sideways and melted all over the box. 4 of the kids were dented to crap and all of them were filled differently. One was only half filled. And for how expensive these candles are….i expect them to be filled and look nice. I wrote them a email and absolutely no response.

I want to commend the customer service team at Neptune for a quick response and turnaround. The balm cream glass container was broke and shards of glass was mixed into the balm. Making it un-useable. The customer service team provide me a new order with no charge.

Wonderful product! It healed my son’s excema

I have had a tooth with sinus pressure pain for about a month. Once I started using Neptune Gum the sensitivity diminished slowly, and I still have sinus issues. It’s an unusual gum, waxy, hard, but a unique flavor that I really like. My teeth are so important to me and I find Neptune Gum has become an important part of my daily routine.

This is the best beef tallow product I’ve found and by far the most effective. It’s not greasy but works wonderfully as a nightly emollient for preventing water loss. You know how beef tallow has that horrible raw meat smell? Not this stuff. It smells just like honey and is totally undetectable on the face. Works great as a lip balm overnight as well for plump soft lips in the am. I’m pregnant and this has been a life saver in preventing breakouts. My skin is so glowy.

I have not used the product yet, but I wanted to write a review in regards to the customer service that I received from them. My first shipment was lost by the Postal Service, so I was sent a free replacement without question. It was a great gesture that did not have to be made. Great start to lots of future business.

I've noticed a huge difference in my skin from day one. I've struggled with hormonal acne for years and through all of the moisturizers I've used, this one has left my skin feeling moisturized all day even with the tough acne cream I use that drys out my skin. I even got my mom to start using it for wrinkles and she loves it!

Previously I would have rated Neptune Gum five stars, but in the recent batch I bought, I feel like the formula is different? The individual pieces are bigger, and they get chewier than they used to, sometimes sticking to my teeth. It definitely feels more like regular gum now, which might be what most consumers want, but I liked it better when it had a harder texture and was more like chewing on wax than on gum, that's why I buy it, because I liked the [old] texture so much better than regular gum.

The gum really acts like tree sap. It coated all my teeth and I couldn’t get it off. I would up needing to destroy a brush and brushing it off with many different types of oils before getting it all off. I followed the instructions of first hewing it with front teeth but that really did nothing.

This balm is so moisturizing and I love how clean and natural it is! I have small spots of psoriasis that pop up and this took care of them within a week!

I am completely hooked on the Beef tallow and honey balm! It feels great on my skin and does appear to be reducing old scars and blemishes. Keep it coming! Thank you

This is the best facial cream, at any price, that I have ever tried! It plumped and deeply moisturized my skin while getting rid of the little bit of acne and redness I had.
No other cream will work for me me now!
My skin wants this Neptune Balm!!
