Scam company. Paid full for last ronin figures years ago and they've ignored my emails and kept my money. We all need to take these people to court. Bunch of crooks.

so upset, i preordered the neca life sized chucky in 2020 and never got it. i was so excited for it. saved my money up for it and now i don’t have my figure OR the money :(

My heart just shank!

I pre ordered a 1/4 scale Dark Knight (hot toys) in 2022, to now find this company has gone out of business (2025). Despite months of chasing.

No email giving me an FYI - I feel sick now after losing all that money and knowing I will never own my dream figure!

Awful company who take your money but never send out your items. Pre ordered a figure 2 years or so ago, I've emailed asking about it but I've not even received any reply.
Avoid at all costs, saying that the page doesn't work so all who have ordered from here have been ripped off.

Honestly im incredibly gutted that everyone who has ordered action figures from this insolent bare-faced liar has never received them. This scumbag who goes by the name of Jason McQuade should at least refund his clients if he was unable to fulfill their orders.

I get it, times are tough given the last terrible 4-5 years but that's no excuse to be fleecing your customers especially as we're all in the same boat. What Jason McQuade is doing should be a made a criminal offence and he should be put in prison and forced to refund each and every one of his clients.

I pre ordered many items, that I've never received. I have emailed and phoned many times and never had a reply. Most recent earlier this year. Still no reply. Sadly, I've reached the conclusion that I've been ripped off and I won't be recievinc any of the items I've paid for. I've lost a lot of money. Nerd Toys are liars and scammers. It's been a terrible experience.

Does anybody know how to get it get in contact tried all 3 email addresses but no answer, ordered a figure a year ago batman 89 hottoy its the release month but i havent received anything & can't get hold of them.

This guy stole over £350 from me 2-years ago. Pre-ordered item never arrived. Emails were eventually ignored. AVOID!!!!

Gave them 1 star because it's impossible to give them anything less. Still owed £120 from a pre-order placed over two years ago. Jason McQuade was initially in contact assuring me that the pre-orders were coming and that they were having issues with the suppliers. Then he just started ignoring my emails. I see the website is still live and I can only urge anybody considering using this company to think again. This gangster will just steal your money.

Avoid at all costs. Have been trying to get a refund for items ordered 2 years ago!! Take your money and then do not send you the products. Communication is non existent, and neither do they reply to emails. A complete fraud.

Luckily payments are no longer being taken via this website. I foolishly tried to send £65 before reading the reviews but website wouldn't let me order. Mental note.... Always check trust-pilot.

Just to confirm for everyone, the company was dissolved on the 16th of January this year, You can search for the company on the .Gov's website

Pre ordered Red hulk August 2022. Paid in full.
Never got it.
No reply to emails.
But website still fully operational.

Avoid!!! Nothing, but a bunch of scammers who take your money and don’t send the toys you’ve ordered and don’t reply to your emails!!!! Disgusting

Preordered in 2022 ! A number of emails sent querying when said item would be released initially was told that item would be released in 2 weeks which turned into a year , follow up E-mails sent , no acknowledgement and finally I asked to get a refund , cancelling the order - no replies to my emails . Will sadly not be using this company again.

Another company that has taken my money and sent nothing twice now I been ripped off, I have had a bad week for finding out 2 company have ripped me off. nerdtoys however still have an active website although the company has been dissolved. I thought out of the 2 companies that have ripped me off there would be at least one decent bloke….things happen, things don’t workout and companies go bust but what makes you a decent person is honesty to your customers

Pre order products not sent, poor communication, initiated chargeback via card to get refund. See other reviews. Avoid.

Owe me in excess of £300 in missed orders from well over a year ago. No contact, ignore emails, do not use these crooks.

Used to be a great, reliable company. Karma finds its way to rip off merchants and it will with these people.

Don’t just don’t , Ordered a preview, paid nothing happened ever again . No reply’s nothing. Couldn’t get my money back. So please don’t .

Utterly criminal. They take your money and that's it. No items, no communication. How the website is still up is beyond me. Thieves through and through.
