Excellent service. Great communication and very helpful advice. My son loves his new guitar and accessories. Delivery was quick and arrived when they said they would. Would definitely recommend .

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, very quick, guitar was fully assembled and tuned so my son could start learning to play straight away. Wilma and Paul were really helpful, professional and friendly. Looking forward to going in to the shop for the free 6 month service on the guitar. Will definitely be back and recommend anyone looking for musical instruments to give them a call. Shopping local is so much better.

I wanted to upgrade my guitar
I wanted to upgrade my guitar, ie buy a better one, went to Ness Music and had a good look at the guitars, spoke to Paul about them a couple of times over the next couple of weeks, no hard sell, answered all my questions, bought the guitar of my choice. Great product knowledge, great service, highly recommend them!
