NeuroAxis has been more than amazing. From initial discussions about our son, all the way through to diagnosis and beyond.

We were getting more and more frustrated with the lack of movement with the NHS, so decided to use NeuroAxis. What we really noticed was how comfortable our son felt thoughout the process.

And once the diagnosis was obtained, there was still constant dialogue to ensure our son was indeed on the right path forward. We have even contacted NeuroAxis numerous times to help with further questions we've had down the line.

Our son is now fulfilling his potential and everyone around him can see it. Thanks.

After a frustratingly long wait on the NHS for support for my son, we turned to Neuroaxis, and I’m really glad we did. Despite the stress leading up to it, the practitioner at Neuroaxis was excellent—I felt genuinely listened to, and they took all of my concerns on board. Their communication was great, they explained the whole process clearly, and they gave me a straightforward pathway for what happens next. After such a long wait elsewhere, it was a huge relief to finally feel supported and understood.

We didn’t know where to start with helping our son with his challenges.
He was never diagnosed at primary school with issues despite me trying to discuss his difficulties, in his final year (SATs year) special measures were put in place for the tests which was obviously confusing as we had been told there were no issues with his learning.
After speaking with Neuroaxis we immediately felt at ease and supported with the process of observing and answering questions about his day to day life and capabilities.
Felt like we were finally being hear, would recommend the service to everyone.

An invaluable service and experience from start to finish. After years of battling with education, schools and GP referrals to no avail, I finally managed to gain a diagnosis of ADHD for a family member. I was no longer lost in a system. Communication was fantastic and the assessment process was well managed and straightforward. I can finally breathe again and am now able to get the support he needs through schooling with a EHCP that he rightly deserved. I couldn’t have achieved this without Neuroaxis and cannot thank them enough for their support and dedication. Defo recommend and if you’re undecided, just go for it.
