I wish I had seen these reviews before falling for their ‘trial’ offer as too have had the very same experience.
They’re not make it clear you are signing up to a subscription offer. 1 month later you receive a notice that they have taken £43 out and shipped your next jar of cream (rubbish quality by the way, made my skin very sore).
Despite contacting them the same day and then three times after, they just ignore.
Order takes nearly 4 weeks to arrive as shipped from China to a UK address in Staffs before being posted locally.
Their customer site gives a different email address for their guaranteed 30 days return, but this is also ignored.
I have managed to find Joe to cancel my fake subscription on Shopify and based on other advice from these reviews am contacting my bank to ensure future payments can be blocked.
Doubt will ever see money again as they know that auto chargebacks do not kick in until over £100, crafty gits!

at no point did I sign up to anything else other than the £4.99 purchase

They have now billed me for £43 and not even sent anything for the £43

Nowhere did it say subscription and nowhere in the emails

They are not responding to emails now either it’s been 3 weeks since taking my £43

Scam !! beware they charged £43 for a subscription I didnt opt for !!! no replies to emails at all. Total Scam !!!

Scam!!! I cancelled the subscription yet they take money out of my bank. I have emailed and got no response. The cream has gone from£4.98 to £43 fraud department are on to them

Same dreadful experience as all the others on this review platform; I bought a special offer from them only to be charged over £85 pounds per month for the next two years (ending May 2028)!!! I have cancelled my subscription and also contacted my bank to stop any further charges being taken. Cant believe these Facebook etc sites continue to let these companies operate on their platforms when they keep getting these awful reviews. They are a disgrace and should be stopped and prosecuted for fraud.

As a footnote: I really do worry about the contents of this product; if the company is this unconcerned about conning people out of their money, what on earth can they be putting in the jars? This stuff is going on already fragile skin. Need a proper investigation to see what it contains, not taking their word for contents as they clearly are not concerned about lying about their product.

Rubbish scammers avoid. Subscription without requesting.

Minus 100 stars - absolute scammers. Take money from your account a month after you buy a product. No subscription was signed up to. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered this for £15.99 incl postage and then got charged £43.94 28 days later. They automatically signed me up to a subscription. I have emailed them 3 times and have had no replies. I have managed to cancel the subscription but as I back up, I have had them blocked by my bank - which I didn’t realise I could do until reading these other reviews, so thank you.
The box arrived damaged and nothing to say it was from Neuvoskin. It didn’t work and in fact, made my skin so much worse. If I could give them no stars, then I would. I’m annoyed with myself for falling for it.

Zero stars! SCAM! Bought one jar and they took double the money 1 one month later! Trying to find them on fb or any other social media to warn people / please post on here if you have a link

I bought a one off from them on instagram for £15.99
Next thing I knew a month later they took £43.46 from my account the product wasn’t ordered by me and they have not answered any returns emails of which there have been four, no replies at all
Do not buy anything from these people
Spoke to bank and they can’t get my money back but they put a block on them for me

Sadly this is a scam. They offer you a chance to try product for a £1 plus postage then attempt to take about £40 out of your bank the following month. Thanks to other people’s reviews I cancelled through Shopify.

SCAM. Bought one tub for £15 then its taken 40 odd pound out of my bank!!

**SCAM** signed me up to a subscription- paid £15.99 for trial tub of cream then took £44 out 28 days later. I have emailed for a refund 6 times and being ignored! Do not buy from this company

I ordered a £1.00 sample Jar plus £3.99 postage
The Jar arrived but it has no mention of NEUVOSKIN on the box or the jar ????
The Box has HOUKEA OCEAN's MIRACLE on the box ?
This was not what I ordered and therefore do not expect it to work ? Also when I ordered this sample I read that a subscription had been applied and I was to be charged over £40 every 28 days ? I cancelled the subscription and also emailed them to say I do not require a subscription and did not request this ? Also should the sample be part of this promotion - cancel the sample and refund my £4.99p. They did not cancel but sent sample anyway despite me emailing them within an hour of ordering ?
I have read of someone doing the same and then to his dismay finding a charge on his Bank account of 3x the amount !! I think this is possibly a scam - so please be warned ?
PS. I have spoken to my Bank and had this company blocked - from requesting further payment. If you have ordered from any companies either this one or any others where it shows on your statement with SP before the title - it is a SCAM - please cancel with your Bank or Credit card !
