Dreadful experience
I have been trying to buy a ring for days but no matter how I try put in my address it won't accept it for shipping. I live in mainland UK and have tried 3 different addresses all with the same result. I have tried emailing and contacting through the website form and have had no reply at all despite their claims of replying within 24 hours. Will be looking elsewhere.

Took far too long
Registered address is UK. it took 3 weeks before it was even dispatched then another 10 days to arrive. The item is beautiful, just make sure you're not in a hurry for it. It was a gift I had to give late

Profiteering from the Poppy??
It very much appears this company is monetising the the poppy for their own financial profit which potentially takes funds aways from the genuine Poppy appeal. If so SHAME ON YOU.
Ring broke after a few days
Ring broke after a few days, will ask for refund, If I can work out how to contact- have not as yet. As they have replied and contacted me I will increase to 3 stars, it seems good customer service.

I’ve ordered a few anxiety rings now…
I’ve ordered a few anxiety rings now and two of them are both perfect and just what I need.
Had a little wobble with me ordering the wrong size, they gave me two returns addresses and I was so muddled by this point that I put the wrong postcode on the return and that has now gone missing so I am out of pocket until I manage to track down the missing return!
Other than that I am more than happy with my rings, I will alternate them. I hope they will stand the test of time as they aren’t the cheapest out there, and don’t buy the very thin ones, they break and bend very easily!
Customer services I suspect is not in the UK as they seem to reply at odd hours and there isn’t a phone number; so for these reasons I have taken off a couple of stars.
Slow to process order & still waiting
On 05/06 I ordered two rings. One was a 18th birthday gift for my niece on 22nd. - I realised it was only leaving 17days for the ring to arrive. When I asked for it to be posted direct to her house there was no reply. I chased on 14th June and was informed one of the rings was out of stock. I said I'd prefer a refund but also gave a second choice of ring. Sure enough on 28th the replacement choice is despatched with a refund of £4.90 as the new choice is cheaper. HOWEVER when I receive the first ring (which is lovely) the paperwork shows order is incomplete, the second ring for my Niece is still to be despatched. I have had no update since and would like to know if I shall ever receive her gift.

I bought a ring as a birthday gift - months later I'm £35 out of pocket
I bought a puzzle ring as a birthday gift in January 23. Within a few days of giving it to the recipient, it broke into several pieces. I contacted the site with the photos of the broken item they said they'd send a replacement.
Nothing arrived.
Contacted them again.
They said the item was now out of stock. Would I like to select something else or receive a refund?
I opted for a refund and bought a replacement gift elsewhere.
Several months later, I noticed the refund hadn't arrived and contacted them again.
They said the replacement had been shipped to me. I reminded them I'd asked for a refund and asked for the tracking info for the replacement, which hadn't arrived.
They didn't have the tracking. I requested the refund again.
Cutting this stupidly long and annoying story a little shorter. Almost five months (!!!) later they finally dispatched the replacement ring. The one I didn't want because I'd bought a replacement gift months earlier.
It arrived. I took it out of the box. It was also broken.
I'm out £35, hours of my time and can't muster enough energy to request a refund. They win!
No, I can't recommend them. They seem to have only a passing acquaintance with accuracy and a problem with their manufacturing of the 'convertible fidget ring'

Such a beautiful ring.
The anxiety ring is beautiful and is a gift for my great niece who is nervous about her exams.
It came very quickly and is as beautiful as it looks in the picture and made really well too.
Will be visiting the site again soon.

Unfortunately it was delayed in the post and there was an issue with the tracking number - however when I contacted customer support they were so so helpful! They sent a replacement immediately by first class post and kept in touch to make sure the ring arrived (it did) I found their customer support so brilliant I would highly recommend

I didn't receive my step daughters…
I didn't receive my step daughters christmas present. Communication was rubbish. Finally got a refund after having to chase them for it. Awful experience, awful company.
