Worst online store…
Ordered a jacket online and when it never arrived, I contacted the store in Fort William (where I found out it was coming from).
Over five days late, and I managed to track the jacket still now in Inverness, where it apparently has been sitting for days.
I called the store to just cancel the jacket but was advised they could not and I would have to call their credit control department.
The conversation was dry, and they said they couldn’t cancel the order either.
When I asked why I couldn’t now cancel, I was told ‘no one’ could cancel it.
I was told that they had to get in touch with DHL, then find out exactly where my jacket was, then arrange for it to be transported by yet some second carrier back to the store in Fort William, and then someone back at the store would eventually log the jacket back in stock before issuing a refund and cancelling the order.
God only knows when I’ll either get my jacket or a refund paid back to my bank account.
An absolutely appalling service, to which almost equals the worst online experience with a store I’ve ever had.
