Very easy to fit
Very easy to fit, the immersion heater was cross threaded and leaked, but after reseating all was well. A very efficient replacement for the old cylinder.

AVOID
AVOID! Very poor customer service. I placed an order late morning (well before 2PM) for a cylinder tank and paid for next day delivery. I promptly received an email that my order had been received and the status was shown as "processing". The next day I received an email from Newark stating that they would like to send the unit as soon as possible and could I confirm by 2PM that day whether someone would be on site to receive delivery? When I replied stating that I would need to confirm as I had paid for next delivery and my engineer was on site that day not the next. I later received an email from the payment gateway that my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. Long story, they took my money, delivered nothing, and now I have to wait 3-5 days before I can order from someone more reputable and willing to provide a good customer service. AVOID!

The order was place but we need time to manufacture and process orders for despatch as we are a manufacturer not a stockist or middle man. In some case we can manufacture and despatch the same day but also this can be delayed with despatch going into the next day depending on work loads.An email was received stating the engineer was going to be on site the same day as our despatch date and you was going to find one another tank local. We took this as you wanting to cancel the order and an immediate refund was initiated as we dont hold on to money that needs refunding.
