I asked the company if they could do a footstool in a colour they didn’t offer. Within 2 days I had several fabric samples sent to me - one was perfect. 3 days later I had the footstool delivered. Amazing!

Bought a footstool as a Christmas present & was so impressed with how well made it was I bought one for myself! Excellent customer service too. Ordered Sunday and was delivered Tuesday with a nice touch with a handwritten note and a lovely biscuit to have later with my cup of tea and feet up. I stumbled across New England Design via Google when searching for a footstool.

As with all unknown companies I go straight to Trustpilot to check out their reputation.

There was a good choice of designs available and nicely presented on the website (despite a few spelling errors!)

It was easy to order and my footstool was despatched really quickly.

Unfortunately the UPS delivery was not great. They didn't deliver to my address as agreed and I ended up having to collect the package.

I went to New England to have 2 chairs reupholstered, they have turned out beautifully.
Whilst there, I saw this absolutely lovely curtain material, and decided to indulge in a made to measure pair of curtains. These look absolutely stunning.
This will certainly not be my last visit.
