I placed an order on the 25/11/23 and had no update of when it would be delivered so contacted customer service via email. on 04/12/23 i was informed via email they were extremely busy due to black friday orders received and 1 item i had ordered was unavailable in the size i requested so i was given different size options available and i emailed back giving my alternative size choice....... since then i have still not received any of my order or acknowledgment ?, its now the 8th, funny how there that busy is why its delayed when my daughter placed an order on the 26/11/23 and received it 2 days later, i work in retail and i know they have overlooked my order when processing all orders but to have to chase them more than once and be lied to is unacceptable from a company raising funds for charity, i just hope i receive my order at some point

I brought a mystery box from the cannock store and it was really bad I knew there would be some junk in the box but all of it was I got 14+ and received a box of junk clothes had stains on that couldn't be removed tops with chains for straps broken all went in bin not one good thing you could wear , if I had opened this while still on site I would have give it them back and told them to dump it .

My experience in new life high wycombe today was terrible. I am a reqular customer and I donate everytime I buy something and some stuff know me.But today I was followed by one of the stuff asking me what I have in my bag. I told her have got nothing in my bag apart from my stuff. I opened my bag she and she found nothing all she said was alot of people are stealing that's why continue your shopping. For her to check my she was accusing me of stealing. Not all black people are thieves me I was raised differently. It's extremely sad of how I was treated today. Make sure all your cameras are clean because you keep accusing innocent people of stealing from in shop

I bought washing machine from this company September 2019 a few months ago I noticed my laminate flooring in kitchen was warping around the washing machine area, it had over time , I pulled washing machine out and from what we could see is it looks like it has been leaking a small amount for a long time probably since I bought it , it's ruined floor and a side panel where cooker is , the washing machine had been leaking from inside, we removed lid of machine and could see in pen where new life appliances were supposed to mend repair with it being a reconditioned machine , there's a big gap and that's where water has been leaking from over time ,I've been out of work the last few years I've wasted my money and now have to fork out for a new one again and sort out flooring which I really cannot afford to do!!!

The product was great, as advertised and great value for money, but the best thing about this company is the customer service - probably the best I’ve come across. Genuine concern when I made the mistake of putting in the wrong delivery address, they quickly rectified this, and extremely politely. Seems like a great family run business.

Bought a graded Siemens oven from them. It had been advertised on their website with a 12m warranty. I contacted Siemens uk and they said they did not offer a warranty on graded items. It was delivered and did not work when plugged in. They wanted to pay for me to return the item. Instead they agreed to deduct a Siemens engineer fee. 9m later the oven is cutting out and not functioning correctly. I contacted them weeks ago but they are not responding to my emails.

Really happy with my fridge. Packed as new, very clean inside.

We bought a washer dryer for our new home from newlife appliances over a month ago. On delivery the discharge pipe was damaged in several places where water leaked all over our kitchen when the appliance was switched on. When Newlife appliances were informed they said they would send an engineer.. it’s been over a month and we are still waiting and been without a washer dryer and out of pocket having to use a laundrette. The washer dryer is now leaking water everywhere at the base of the washing machine too and the amount of water coming out is a hazard to nearby electrics and creating water damage to our kitchen. We have only switched it on 4 times. The customer service has been appalling and have just had emails of empty promises and nothing actually has been solved. Now waiting for a reply to see if we can get a full refund including delivery. Will never use this business again and would not recommend.

New Life Appliances, were fantastic! Their staff were very polite, friendly and did everything they could to make my purchase an easy and pleasant process. I can't praise them enough for their professional attitude and for making me feel like a valued customer from the start. I highly recommend them to any one who is looking to buy their domestic goods from them. I give them 5 out of 5 but they deserve a higher score.
