Our ‘new & unused’ appliances are uniquely graded. As such, they are listed individually with a unique condition description and include photos specific to that particular item. In our listings, we indicate general cosmetic damages across these units because they come into us without packaging, transit through the workshop, valet, photography and the sales bay all without packaging. Therefore, although new and unused, they won’t look fresh off the manufacturers’ production line and may have minor marks that don’t show up in the photographs. Any specific dents, marks or scuffs will be described in the listing conditions and visible in the photographs. It’s because of these general non-specific and/or specific marks, dents or scuffs that NewLife Appliances is able to offer such great prices on such a range of great products. All appliances are tested so washing machines and dishwashers may contain residual water within the pipes from the wet test phase. Original instruction manuals aren’t something that travel with graded products, so your new appliance may not have one. I bought a Hoover refurbished machine sometime in March 2021,the product would vibrate the whole house and my neighbours complained and have since stopped using the washing machine in April 2021 after it failed to complete a wash, I reported the matter to Newlifeappliances who have been reluctant to swap the machine for a good one, they are refusing to pay my refund to day,,I will never recommend anyone to deal with them coz they are very unprofessional and their machine has been condemned by the electrician that it failed the test making it a fire hazard ,I have demanded my money in vain and there’s my kids laundry stuck in there having moulds ,we have been paying for laundrette last 5 months and I can’t cope anymore,I just need my refund for now PLEASE

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. However I would like to point out some facts about your purchase from us.
You bought the washer dryer from us on 28 February and on 26 April you complained that the washer dryer was making noises. We assumed it must be the bearings that have worn out as this was a previously refurbished model you bought.
We offered you to choose another available model from our website as we did not have the exact model to exchange. It took you further 3 months to come back to us as your email dated 13 September 2021 that there is nothing on our website that can replace the washer dryer.
As promised we shall refund you in full after we have collected the appliance but you keep on demanding that you want the refund before the appliance is collected. This is not something we or any other retailer will do.
We do however sincerely apologise for this faulty machine, but this machine is not a hazard as described by you as we have asked a full report from you and your electrician but we have had nothing so far.
The appliance is scheduled to be picked up on Friday 8/10/21 and you shall have a full refund once the appliance is collected.

I would use this company again. I was dealt with in a polite and courteous manner by Mayur. Unfortunately my oven was delivered damaged but this was dealt with quickly with the repair carried out by the manufacturers

However, we cancelled your order as you thought and called our company a "scam" website and when we questioned you regarding the delivery address you wouldn't give us a clear answer and hence we cancelled and refunded you in full. Delivery faster than expected
Delivery faster than expected. In spite of the heat the van arrived exactly at the time that was provided over the phone on the day before and the drivers offered to take the packaging away.
The Grundig fridge-freezer works very well. Currently 30 degrees C in the house and it is quietly doing its job. Practical internal layout. Everything looks and feels solid. Fits precisely into the space of its predecessor (a Neff) although the outer kitchen cabinet doors needed a bit of tweaking. Can't be avoided unless you replace like-for-like, I suppose.
The Grundig was advertised as a 'Grade B' and thus ca. £100 less than usual. However, apart from a very small dent at the bottom right hand corner - which is invisible in this built-in appliance - I was unable to find any scratches or blemishes so it is practically Grade A.
