Not only are the packs that I have purchased been excellent, the customer service was above and beyond what I could have ever expected.
In error I bought bundle that was included a pack I had already purchased. Totally my fault but I was contacted the next day by the company who pointed out my error and asked if I would like to exchange the pack they even offered me the opportunity to exchange it for a more expensive pack. I declined as the pack I wanted was cheaper than my original purpose and I said they didn’t need to worry about the additional £1or so I had paid. Nonetheless they provided me with a code for a discount on my next purchase.

I purchased a number of Omnisphere 2, Dune 3, Diva and Repro preset packs from Newloops. The quality was great across the board and with a 20% discount I was very happy,

Top firm, very, very good sounds ,samples everything a producer wishes.

Everything went well with my purchase and receiving my items.

Great MPC expansion packs at bargain prices. They work with akai force too

Good quality, nice support team.

I don't normally write reviews but must admit all New Loops products are excellent

Great samples, surely will enhance my productions. I'm elated I made this purchase.
❤❤❤

Happy customer here. I have purchased presets and extensions a few times and they have been amazing.

Loads of ready to use bass sounds, hi quality and well processed. A lot more usable content than you normally get in a pack like this and set up in Kontakt so really immediate and ready to put into productions. Really happy with it.

excellent! simple, easy to read also great online user interface.

Dope. Doesn't get better!

Most of the patches are uplifting and interesting. Only negative: some of the programs seem to use samples with pre-recorded FX in them (reverb). I would have preferred they insert the effect inside the Akai MPC program itself (easier to customize program afterwards).

Some great sounds and loads to build on. No brainer at that price.

newloos has ableton peset is very important to me.thank NL
