Newpower Opiniones

We ordered the system from Newpower after checking other reviews from people in April. Newpower turned up with the access scaffolding on the 11th May 2026, Install all the panels and equipment on the 12th May 2026, removed the scaffolding on the 13th May 2026. Stemless, slick, quick installation from a great set of lads. Electrician tutored me in the usage of the system on now on my way to saving money. Brilliant Service and would recommend within a heat beat. The salesman did not sell or convince me to buy anything i did not need only what would give me the best system based on my location and energy usage of which i appreciate the honesty (Cheers Rob). Great value for money and very easy to use informative system. Great All round service and am now thinking of getting a heat pump system. Thankyou All, Stephen Caldwell - if anyone want to have a chat with me about the service you can email me and i can give you a call.

Quick and efficient provision of storage batteries. Three weeks from order to working system and immediately saving money using Optopus Go overnight charging.

Rob was very helpful answering all my questions

Rob came on time to go through a quote, quickly and efficiently.
Installed a few weeks later. Installation was completed in no time at all.
The whole process was stress free
Would recommend

From start to finish the team was informative honest and reliable,. would recommend this company to friends and family,.thanks again guys at newpower

The process went really well from the initial consultation by Rob Gledhill who explained the process and expectations throughout. The installation was fully complete in a day with 25 panels, inverter and battery storage. The system is providing more electric than usage which is being fed back to the grid which will offset some of the cost

Really clear and polite sales talk with the initial chat. What I liked was that they emailed or messaged to set up the chat. So many other solar companies just cold call you from unrecognised numbers. This felt more personal. Steven was great with his advice and then Joe came round to the house for a proper inspection. Reports made it so clear what you would expect to generate and the price was very competitive. Installation dates were quick and the turnaround for MCS certificates were pretty good too. Only slight issue was with scaffolders who caused a slight bit of damage. These were externally sourced and Joe went out of his way to rectify things very quickly. Good aftercare. Would highly recommend

There was no hard sell,Rob managed to answer all my questions, they installed the panels fairly quickly, they arrived on time worked professionally and tidy up after them self the panels look lovely I'm very happy with them and they work very well

We had a fantastic experience with Newpower from start to finish. After receiving five different quotations for solar panels, Rob, who represented the company, came to our home and clearly stood out from the rest. He offered the most competitive price while also proposing more modern and efficient equipment than the other options we were considering. What impressed us most was his dedication he followed up regularly by phone and text, and even came back to the site to ensure everything was progressing smoothly.

The installation itself was handled by their lead engineer, Mick, who did an outstanding job. He was extremely careful, professional, and made sure every detail of the installation was perfect before leaving. It was clear he takes great pride in his work.

I also want to mention Joe, the manager, who was very professional, cooperative, and supportive throughout the process. It was reassuring to know the project was backed by such a well-organized and responsive team.

Overall, the whole Newpower team was wonderful to work with professional, punctual, supportive, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality result.

We highly recommend Newpower to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solar installation team that delivers excellent service and great value. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best word to describe these guys has got to be amazing!! The advice, support and general help has been second to none, we couldn’t be more grateful. A big special thank you to Rob and Joe who were there every step always helping.

Purchased solar and BESS for my property, the process was extremely smooth and supported by Newpower's great team.

2 weeks from initial enquiry to a fully functioning system. The install itself only took half a day and the engineers did a great job. The system works incredibly well and as described prior to purchase.

Couldn't recommend highly enough.

From start to finish this company has provided excellent service. The cost was competitive. The workman were excellent, got on with the job, worked quickly and to a high standard and were respectful of the property. I would highly recommend this company. Alison and Neil

After many months and checking credentials as there are so many Companies out there, I decided to go with Newpower. The whole team were great throughout the process explaining how the system works and the App so that I can see what power is being generated. A very clean installation which went very smoothly all the guys were great! All we need now is the sun to shine a bit more! Definitely recommend this Company for all your solar needs.

Callum came and sorted us out after a bad experience with another bad company. I also had an issue with something that newpower didn’t install and Joe came back and fixed it for me in his own time. Thank you so much

Excellent service. Reliable and the choice of many approached. Polite and absolutely no hesitation about recommending these guys.
Now have a system I'm proud of.

Recently had solar panels installed by new power. They were very helpful and I’m really pleased with the end result.

Newpower did an excellent job installing my solar panels. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with from getting the quote to finishing the installation . The system works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Expert advice, good communication and excellent service. There are lots of companies competing in this space but I found Newpower to be the easiest to deal with and we are very pleased with our solar system and battery.
