The process went really well from the initial consultation by Rob Gledhill who explained the process and expectations throughout. The installation was fully complete in a day with 25 panels, inverter and battery storage. The system is providing more electric than usage which is being fed back to the grid which will offset some of the cost

Really clear and polite sales talk with the initial chat. What I liked was that they emailed or messaged to set up the chat. So many other solar companies just cold call you from unrecognised numbers. This felt more personal. Steven was great with his advice and then Joe came round to the house for a proper inspection. Reports made it so clear what you would expect to generate and the price was very competitive. Installation dates were quick and the turnaround for MCS certificates were pretty good too. Only slight issue was with scaffolders who caused a slight bit of damage. These were externally sourced and Joe went out of his way to rectify things very quickly. Good aftercare. Would highly recommend

There was no hard sell,Rob managed to answer all my questions, they installed the panels fairly quickly,they arrived on time worked professionally and tidy up after them self the panels look lovely I'm very happy with them and they work very well

We had a fantastic experience with Newpower from start to finish. After many months and checking credentials as there are so many Companies out there, I decided to go with Newpower. The whole team were great throughout the process explaining how the system works and the App so that I can see what power is being generated. A very clean installation which went very smoothly all the guys were great! All we need now is the sun to shine a bit more! Definitely recommend this Company for all your solar needs.

Fantastic experience having Solar panels and battery storage installed by Newpoweruk. Rob was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional on the initial survey, he explained things thoroughly and answered all of our questions.

The installation team were great and nothing was too much trouble for them. The 15 panels, inverter and 2 batteries were fitted in a day without any disruption.

This by far the best investment we have ever made on our home and we are now enjoying the free energy to run our home with the added bonus of getting paid for exporting the extra energy back to the grid and reducing our carbon footprint Win Win!!!
