The Newton Group is definitely who you should call to get out of a timeshare. I had committed to another one before I discovered Newton Group. I had spoken with a third. The first one was double the cost, took too long, did not connect me directly with a lawyer and was not able to negotiate for me.
Right away the Newton Group gave me options and put me in touch with a lawyer who was able to tell me about the progress and negotiate on my behalf. I highly recommend the Newton Group.

From the get-go my wife and I had a good feeling about the Newton Group. When we talked with their representatives we felt they were being honest with us and really wanted to assist us. They gave us detailed information regarding what their program would entail and the various options for ridding ourselves of the timeshare. They were upfront about the timeline and kept every appointment that was made to update us on the exit progress. Most importantly, if we had concerns or questions, we were able to get in touch with a representative and we had the same persons helping us along the way. They sent us a detailed questionnaire to complete regarding our experiences with the timeshare company and reasons for wanting to exit. It was a lot of work but made us feel involved and that the process was legitimate. Many of our documents were required to be notarized adding to the feeling of legitimacy. Along the way, we decided to utilize the services of a law firm the Newton Group was associated with. The folks at the law firm were equally attentive and professional. Their fee was part of the contract we had with the Newton Group. All their work was covered and we never heard any mention of additional fees! They kept us informed along the way and honored every appointment. In fact, they contacted us a day in advance of our scheduled closing appointment and the Newton Group contacted us the day after our closing appointment with the attorney firm! Both the Newton Group and our attorney representatives did what they said they would do and completed the work in the timeline they offered. As a result, we are timeshare free! Additionally, our fee for their representation was less than we would have paid for our mortgage and annual maintenance fees, saving us a considerable amount of money. We had a great experience and are happy we chose them!

Newton Group delivered the product they sold me back in 2018. I never worried about how long it was going to take. You always stayed in touch. Thank you for your service and have a blessed remainder of 2022 year and the years to come

To start off, let me express my skepticism about everything!
But thank goodness The Newton Group didn’t fall short of their promises. This was a hail mary on my part and they really produced results.
Long story shortened: Couldn’t use the timeshare any longer due to disability, but the company advised me they wouldn’t just cancel my ownership. It was all paid up, nothing owing, and I wanted nothing in return. That should reveal their focus on your $$.
Flash forward many years later with no results. I contacted The Newton Group as a last effort even though I trust no one. To my surprise I was taken care of by very nice, knowledgable people who eventually negotiated me out of the timeshare. So satisfying not having to worry about quarterly payments or the dreaded “SPECIAL ASSESSMENT”.

We contacted the Newton Group back in Feb 2022. We had a TS that we never used and were tired of paying those annual fees every Jan. They assured us they could get us out of it. It took eight months to complete but today we are TS free!! I would recommend them to anyone trying to exit their TS.

From the very beginning they said they would sell our timeshare. They called several times and kept us informed.

Although it was a long process the Newton Group honored their promises of canceling our time share. We also offered a higher dollar amount to close but it was suggested to offer a lower amount and it was accepted. Thank you Newton Group. Learned our lesson, no more TIME rip-offs!

The Newton Group was timely and efficient in getting us out of our time share. We had tried with another company with terrible results. We were very pleased with the service Newton Group provided us. We started the process before the pandemic and because businesses closed during Covid it took longer for this to be resolved, but that is no reflection of Newton. It feels so good to be relieved of those time shares.

It was a long process. They kept me updated and in the loop. I didn’t have to be calling them they set up times that would work out for both of us. It is such a relief to know that it’s all taken care of.

From the first interview, I felt good about the work the Newton group would do for me. After explaining my situation due to my spouse's death, the group was sensitive and on top of my case.

Never having gone through this process before, we didn't really know what all was involved.

However, now that it's done....all good, all happy, all is well in our minds regarding Newton Group. We'd easily refer if it comes up.

Newton group turned me over to US Consumers Attorneys and they were not taking any new clients. Diamond Resorts have started harassing me again and Newton Group basically threw me under the bus. I only gave them 2 stars was because they gave me some hope, false hope but hope. Newton Group is just as bad as the rest of them. Takes your money and runs.
